No customer service whatsoever. It’s like their servers have never been trained or never worked in a restaurant before. Completely unprofessional in every single way the lady that went to see me stopped on the way to the table she was taking me to and made me stand there and wait as she was taking someone else’s order when we were halfway to the table she was going to see me at. I just walked out I’ve came before the food is very cheap and overrated. No doubt it’s overpriced way overpriced for what it is. This is your typical in the hood restaurant. it’s trash if you have any expectations whatsoever, you will be disappointed. You would be better off going to the Inglewood Café.

It’s was a wonderful experience for me, my sister and our friend! First time visiting and will definitely be back!
Kid-friendliness: While there there was a family with small children and there is a kids portion on the menu
Wheelchair accessibility: My husband is an amputee and sometimes requires his wheelchair and I definitely have confidence that he could maneuver around without any issues

My wife and I had a breakfast date here many years ago and were very impressed by the service and food. So when we needed someplace to go for breakfast this morning on the spur of a moment we decided to stop here. After we seated ourselves the waitress came over, took our drink order and dropped off menus but no silver which was not present on the table anywhere. Came back with the drinks and took our food order but didn't bring silverware. So now we had coffee and no way to stir in any cream or sugar. Came back with our food and we mentioned we had no silverware so she grabbed some off the table next to us. Food was good, the bacon was cooked crispy just the way I like it although one of my daughters slices was burnt pretty badly. However my wife had ordered a side of bacon and did not receive it (at least we didn't end up paying for it) and she had wrote down in front of me that I wanted my scrambled eggs with cheese but there were no cheese on my scrambled eggs. She came by shortly after we got our food and dropped off the check and promised us it wasn't to rush us. But that was the last we saw of anybody. Nobody ever came by to ask us how the food was, nobody came by and offered us refills. At one point my daughter spilled her coffee, went up to the front counter and told someone and instead of somebody coming back cleaning up the mess and offering her more coffee they just handed her some napkins without saying a word. I thought maybe it was a staffing issue, except when I went up to pay there were a couple of people in the back (I could hear them talking to each other), one running the register and chatting with a customer and another behind the counter just leaning and doing something on her phone. The food like I said was actually really good despite the couple of things they missed, and that's what the three stars are for. I would be hard pressed to give them one star for the service. It's one thing to have a server who's a little short with you because they're having a bad day or it's a busy day, it's another thing altogether to have them completely disappear on you as soon as you get your food. I don't think it's too much to ask to at least be offered a refill once.

Great breakfast. Sunnyside up eggs were cooked perfect. Bacon was crispy and toast still warm when served.

Made to order breakfast.
With that, it takes a while to get your food.
Relaxed atmosphere with friendly service. Just wouldn't stop if your in a hurry. But if you've got the time-the food was delightful.

The new ownership missed the mark of what rose cafe once was. Very bad service.

I've been twice for breakfast. The pancakes and omelets are great, but my monte cristo wasn't fully cooked.

I used to go eat here At least twice aAt least twice a week. But when you come in here and have breakfast and want 1 extra egg it's .99 , but if want 2 extra it's $2.99. That's just ridiculous!I won't be eating there again anytime

What a breath of fresh air! I drive all over the country, and the food and service are top notch. Sharon is a peach! Even chases you down when you forget your phone. I will be back.
