I put in an order online. The pizza was delivered hot and fresh. Unfortunately, one of the pizzas was made incorrectly and included jalapenos when I ordered without them. I called the store and they apologized and said they would get me the correct pizza right away. Shortly after, I got a phone call from a nice woman who apologized again and said she would be here with my pizza soon. They delivered the correct pizza fast and even added in a piece of cheesecake for the error. You don't experience this level of great customer service at places much anymore but Sarpinos really took care of us. Thank you so much!

A formerly great establishment, recently scarred by bad experiences due to uncouth and disrespectful employees. The current staff obviously does not care bout quality or good service. Lately when coming to to pick up a carryout order, even if it is beyond qhat the pick-up time shown when ordered is, it will not be ready. They will give you an expected ready time beyond what it should be there, and then become even more rude if you ask why the expected time is more than what was told beyond that. I can no longer recommend this location

Called in an order on a busy snow day. Wasnât expecting any timeframe at all, told them I would carry out so they didnât have to deliver. It was just two pizzas. Didnât matter how long it took. Got up to the store and paid for it, and they didnât make it like I asked him too. When I explained what was going on, I got the reply of âughhhhâ No apology, no acknowledgment as to what they were doing after that. He walked to the back and left me standing up there after replying with âughhhhâ. I asked for the manager, I spoke with the âmanagerâ Who heard me out when I explained my concerns. Still didnât apologize, was very nonchalant about everything, and left me standing at the front of the counter again to go finish the corrected pizzas that I ordered. Very, very low to LOW TO NO Customer Service. I had no problem with him, making the pizza wrong. But a simple apology would have went a long way. Acknowledging at all that they were wrong with the attitude that they had when I first called in the first place, would have went along way. And after I explained all that it wasnât enough for the âmanagerâ.
Requires their delivery drivers to deliver to Caramel Heights retirement home, bring the order DIRECTLY to the patient, knowing this patientâs roommate has had themselves inappropriately exposed in front of their drivers on MULTIPLE occasions
Stopped at Sarpino Wendesday 11-13-2025 for pizza and Greek salad. They did not fail, I ordered a large Classico Italiano and a Greek salad, I also ordered a personal bacon cheese burger pizza for my neice. My large classico was amazing plentiful toppings fresh and full of flavor. My only disappointment was the Greek salad no longer had Kalamata olive butter black olives. But hats off to the cashier she told me in advance so the decision was mine. Even those the olives were black the salad was great. For the price it was full of tomatoes, onions,olives and feta cheese I ate from it three days. And another star for customer service is was on a cane and my niece too because she had knee surgery, the cashier carried our order to the car . She was the only one besides the delivery driver. The cashier understood the assignment and was excellent.

Corey at the 40hwy location in Independence was super helpful when I placed a delivery order over the phone. My address can tend to be difficult on GPS apps like Google maps (for reasons unknown to me), but she looked up the address on her own to verify I was in the delivery range, when she could have just said the address was unavailable. She was kind and professional. Working in customer service/foods myself for 20+ years, I appreciate her going beyond what she needed to do to help get my pizza delivered while I take care of my sick father. She deserves to be recognized for excellent performance in an industry most overlook, as well as tend to dismiss the hard work of employees like Corey.

I wanted a delivery after a late Chiefs game at our hotel and wanted some pizza. Casey's, Domino's close so early. I goggled pizza places and this place popped up and open late. The pizza was very good and I'm kind of a pizza snob. The only complaint was I asked for them to send parm but I got a crap ton of red peppers, easy mistake and it happens. I highly recommend, very yummy.

We are plant-based and eat out rarely. Mostly because of the food accessibility for us. We have been moving in, a fridge down and just wanted to not cook tonight. My husband did the search for vegan Delivery and Sarpino's came up. We were shocked first off then decided to try it. OMFG it is as good as our homemade!!! WE ARE SO IMPRESSED!!!!! THANK YOU FOR THE BEST MEAL!!

I looked through A LOT of pizza places before landing on Sarpino's. It was an excellent choice. First off the parmesan, red pepper, Peperochini and ranch all just came with it. Homemade
ranch may I add! The pizza and breadsticks were cooked to perfection. The cookie was the perfect end to the meal. It came right on time and our delivery driver Becky was so kind and pleasant! She was so nice to give us a generous amount of napkins, which is a great touch expecially when staying in a hotel ! Would definitely recommend...sad its 6hrs away from home !

Never had a cold pizza, always hot fresh and delicious! the crab rangoon pizza is fire!! Everything is good and an inexpensive way to treat my family to carry out or delivery.
I have to say this is some of the best pizza I have ever had. The delivery communication was absolutely terrible and I could swear the lady that delivered it came by horse and buggy!!! Had this have been more professional it would have been five stars!!!!
