Got a half pepperoni half cheese pizza, manager came out and told me the new chef mis cut my pizza. No offer of compensation, (which i wasn't expecting). I thought no big deal, got home and it was not thin crust like I ordered. I called them to tell them, manager was a rude woman and she basically told me nothing she can do. So now I have an overpriced wrong crust mis cut pizza... I WILL NEVER COME BACK, DOMINOS HAS BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THATS SAD...

Pizza was very good,the staff was very friendly and inviting. The lady behind the counter was very nice and I will sure to come back to this location.

DoorDash driver - ignored by two employees who could clearly see me. Wasn’t until the lady came to the front and acknowledged me, did she even get the ticket to made the order when I’d already drove 10 mins to get here.

Ordered delivery. Driver was fantastic, bringing me plates and napkins without being asked. Had parm and red pepper in box along with several dipping sauces. The pizza was fantastic, but I ordered a hot honey pizza and believe they forgot the hot honey. But everything else was fantastic. Will order again.

Service was great - Corey was super helpful and patient. Pizza was good, but lacked the toppings I paid for and had almost no sauce. It was still good, but could have been better, and lack of toppings is pretty unacceptable.

Whenever I want pizza I almost order from Sarpino’s & 98% of the time I’m thoroughly satisfied w/it. Although this last time I ordered, my pizza crust was done, but wet & soggy. I’d never experienced that before, but it made for a gross pizza due to that. I’d still recommend them though, I think this last time was just a fluke ;-)

Not at all what I've come to expect from Sarpinos. Delivery was on time. Driver was very courteous. The problem this time was the pizza. I ordered 2 pizzas, one was supposed to be thin crust well done, the other original crust well done. I'm not sure what was up with that crust but it wasn't thin and neither was well done. In fact both pizzas were soggy and limp. The toppings were barely present. We'll still be customers of Sarpinos, and figure everyone has the occasional bad day, but I hope our next order turns out better.

Ordered off website. Was the only Pizza special that had beef. Don't eat pork. LG Greek salad ordered also..

As One Bite rules, I'd go 7.6.. great crust. 8.1 if it had more toppings... From Central Nebraska where we don't have great pizza... Salad was good too..!!
