Every time I order a hot London fog at this location I get a tea bag in water, no tea, something not tasty. When I them them it isn't right I always hear "we're new" or we don't have that item, or one tea bag and hot water. I paid the price of a London fog but get a tea bag and hot water. Today I was told they didn't have the drink. Either train your employees better, have drink recipes ready for them to use or don't offer it.

I'm a frequent customer in this location but today it's was something different of the other visit. Around 6pm I met Lyzmarie from ?? (sorry if I spelled your name wrong?), with her great personality, made my purchase unique. Her positive attitude was super engaging and her kindness was on another level. People like her make one's day completely change and make one want to come back again. Mucho Exito Lyzmarie!!! ??
