This Scooters is AMAZING!!! I used to go every Saturday, then now and again throughout the week as well, and now I go every day because the staff is so awesome! They know my name and order by heart and are so friendly and kind. I am lactose intolerant and they always let me know they double checked that it’s oat milk instead of cow’s milk in my coffee. I come by early morning, midday, and late at night and every single shift of the day is so friendly and kind. It genuinely makes my day to come by because the staff get excited to see me and make my coffee. My coffee is always perfect too which is a plus. I really shouldn’t be spending this much on coffee but it’s worth it to see the awesome staff there!!!

The team at this scooters location is always so so sweet and friendly every time I come through. Between polite conversation while I wait for whatever I ordered, to compliments. They’re truly an extraordinary team who takes customer service to the next level.

Coffee is fine, but all the overpriced food on the menu is clearly repurposed store bought items. I won't be back... quick trip coffee tastes the same

1st off I've always loved this location,I've always went during the day however I wish a could speak to a manager because the service and treatment my 6 yr old daughter and i got was unacceptable,long story short I was over charged,got the wrong drink for myself after correcting 2 times but the worst was at the window they handed my husband this lil container that was loaded with whipped cream and had something in the top,the associate said for the lil one in back and we thought that was nice and my daughter was like oh this is good but the candy spoon taste funny,I grabbed her treat and looked and it was a doggy bone ,I said mam what was that u gave my daughter she said omg it was doggy treats and started laughing and said just throw it out the window in the parking lot,I always paid 9 for my blender an my child's smoothie but my total came to 16 dollars this time,for me getting the wrong drink and child eating a doggy bone.Just laughing about it is all they did not good business at all couse I left highly unpleased

I placed an order through the drive through for a large PB protein shake with a shot of Espresso. Paid close to $10. It wasn’t until I drove out of the parking lot and at the stop light that I took a drink of watered down, sugar that tasted like burnt coffee beans. I doubt there was any protein in it ad certainly not a shake. By then, it was too late to turn around- this is located in a bad spot- one way in and one way out. First time at this Scooters and extremely disappointed. Zero customer service and no receipt given. I did not drink the $10 watered down “drink”. On the opposite corner is Brew7- they were busy. There was zero cars at Scooters. Now I know why.
