Scooter's Coffee

Coffee is fine, but all the overpriced food on the menu is clearly repurposed store bought items. I won't be back... quick trip coffee tastes the same

1st off I've always loved this location,I've always went during the day however I wish a could speak to a manager because the service and treatment my 6 yr old daughter and i got was unacceptable,long story short I was over charged,got the wrong drink for myself after correcting 2 times but the worst was at the window they handed my husband this lil container that was loaded with whipped cream and had something in the top,the associate said for the lil one in back and we thought that was nice and my daughter was like oh this is good but the candy spoon taste funny,I grabbed her treat and looked and it was a doggy bone ,I said mam what was that u gave my daughter she said omg it was doggy treats and started laughing and said just throw it out the window in the parking lot,I always paid 9 for my blender an my child's smoothie but my total came to 16 dollars this time,for me getting the wrong drink and child eating a doggy bone.Just laughing about it is all they did not good business at all couse I left highly unpleased

I placed an order through the drive through for a large PB protein shake with a shot of Espresso. Paid close to $10. It wasn’t until I drove out of the parking lot and at the stop light that I took a drink of watered down, sugar that tasted like burnt coffee beans. I doubt there was any protein in it ad certainly not a shake. By then, it was too late to turn around- this is located in a bad spot- one way in and one way out. First time at this Scooters and extremely disappointed. Zero customer service and no receipt given. I did not drink the $10 watered down “drink”. On the opposite corner is Brew7- they were busy. There was zero cars at Scooters. Now I know why.

Doesn’t have a phone line to call

This location is ran different than any other scooters. I've ever gone to you pull. Around and they walk out your coffee to you. They made mine incorrectly and put whipped cream on it. I asked him to remake it and not just wipe off the whipped cream. I ordered 2 extra shots and extra flavoring, and it tasted like Just a basic coffee very disappointed. We end it.

I have tried several times to like this place, but every single time I come there my drink is terrible and it doesn't taste anything like what I ordered and this is the Only scooters that does not know how to make coffee the way it's supposed to be made. I have bypassed this place because I know there are results but today since I have discovered a new coffee and it's pretty basic so I thought they could not mess it app but they sure did by just not adding raspberry that I have to pay almost a dollar extra for so again I had to come home do fix it and of course it's not gonna have the raspberry flavor and it was cold by the time I get home so I had to warm it up. A $6-$9 coffee I should NOT have to go through all this trouble and EVERY time. I only gave 2 stars because they are always very nice just like all the locations but today they made me pull around to the back which is out of the way of getting back on the highway and I was the only car in line so by the time I got to the back up the building they were coming out with my coffee so it literally took 30 seconds to make my coffee (wrong) and no hot stopper like I clearly said I wanted. I love big smiles and perkiness and to be in a good mood, but not when it overpowers your hearing and maybe u need to read back the order and maybe offer sweetener if u see they didn't add that since most ppl either think u do or don't notice it in the drop down menus. I don't know if it's the manager that has taught you guys the wrong way to make coffee or what happened to this location, but you definitely need to fix your service. Until I find out that you guys have improved, I will not stop there anymore.

Every time I order a hot London fog at this location I get a tea bag in water, no tea, something not tasty. When I them them it isn't right I always hear "we're new" or we don't have that item, or one tea bag and hot water. I paid the price of a London fog but get a tea bag and hot water. Today I was told they didn't have the drink. Either train your employees better, have drink recipes ready for them to use or don't offer it.
