They don't serve Colombian past 11:30 a.m., I just learned,. There is no sign saying that I got stuck in the drive-thru trying to get one, but couldn't. I thought scooters was trying to be consistent between locations. I guess this is supposed to mean consistent in terms of charging higher prices. If it comes to consistent service designed to let you know what to expect, they ae apparently not interested. Furthermore the young lady there was extremely short on apology and status and sort of like f u attitude we don't have it. I mean I got it since COVID many stores decided that they're going to be Fawlty Towers at this point. Other scooters have Colombian in the afternoon and don't stop serving it at 11:30 a.m.; why would they even do this? It just hurts dark coffee customers. And while we're at it—though this wasn't a problem peculiar to this place that I am aware of, why does oat milk get charged $0.80 more and heavy cream, which is much more expensive get No extra charge. Maybe you could raise the price on heavy cream and response to this! Amount of cream or milk of any kind that you get is so small at this point it hardly meant matters anyhow. This is no longer a good value and I think that I will take my business elsewhere.
Dietary restrictions: They charge $0.80 extra for those that are lactose intolerant (and are ordering oatmilk); they don't for coffee outages if you're not lactose intolerant!
