Everything is usually great here. Today when I was handed my coffee it was the wrong size not the worst thing but once I was long gone realized upon taking a drink it wasn't even the correct drink which means I didn't get the extra shots I paid for. Very disappointing considering the drink they gave me taste terrible.

Coffees are always good , but unreal experience today. Ordered maple waffle sandwich this is what I got. Crumbled up, no way to eat it as a sandwich and burnt chunk floating around in the bag. It’s crazy that someone would bag that and think it’s acceptable to serve to another person. For the money we pay, we deserve better.
