Subpar compared to last time we visited. Service was okay, not the best but far from the worst. The food was okay as well. You can tell the quality has dropped over MASSIVELY but it's still okay. The biggest turn off was how nasty the lobby was.Parking: Parking is easy, but the entrance is easy to miss.

Pretty good food, kinda like Zaxby's. Service was good but slow. I don't know if it's because they were busy or they're short staffed though. The atmosphere was about what you would expect from a fast food chicken place: not terrible but definitely not at the pinnacle "Panera-level" dine-in atmosphere. Other than that it was chill.

I went there at 6:11 pm and the lady at the drive thru was so rude for no reason. They ending up putting fried onions on my salad after I told the lady no fried onions please.

When I walked in and told the employee behind the counter I had a Doordash order to pick up, she immediately shushed me, told me to wait, and then proceeded to get ALL the orders out, including drive thru orders that showed up after I did, before even starting to work on mine (which should have already been started, at least). This is NOT how you treat people, especially people that deliver food for you. Do better Slim Chickens.

This is the first time I have eaten at a Slim Chicken. I got the Cayenne Chicken Sandwich meal and it was delicious. The chicken had the right amount of crisp and it was not overall spicy. If you want it to be very spicy you may need to add some spice to it.Our food also came out swift.I paid $50 and there were 5 of us who ate.Emma is one of the employees there and she deserves a raise. Her service was great. My nephew spilled his pop and she gladly mopped it up, even with my brother offering to do it. Her service was speedy as well.

Love Slim Chickens already and the warmth of the employees here is fantastic! They greet you as soon as you walk in, talk to you like an old friend, it's awesome 10/10 recommend this location!!

I had a meatball sandwich with mozzarella cheese. My meatballs was so hard I couldn't eat it. I asked for extra cheese and I didn't get it. Called back to let them know that my food was not like it should be. I kept getting hung up on and no one would answer the phone. Called 4 times the same thing, call dropped.
