Last 2 experiences were not good. Place in refrigerator and had a watery flavorless smoothie.
Couple days later started slurping on smoothie and notice chunks of ice throughout the smoothie. Got to the found bottom and going lots of ice chunks.
Looks like a blender or training issue. I'll wait before I use the location again because 3 times would be a strike out.

Smoothie King is awesome! The workers there are always so nice and the smoothies are really good!
You can just smell the rotten fruits from the drive through window. I ordered a drink thinking it would at least taste decent but I don't think they even wash their smoothie maker.

Not the best experience, waited for 10 minutes at the order window and they didn't have a single one of the new smoothie bowl anyways despite advertising it.
What a horrible experience. The app needs to hire a user experience designer so that it's intuitive and never takes your order out the cart regardless of location. Second I ordered at 6pm said it would be ready by 6:21pm I arrived at 6:30 and still nothing. The girl proceeds to make the wrong order and of course I tell her this isn't ours. Mind you the entire reason I used the app was to save time as it's on the way as I'm rushing my daughter to cheer and we're hungry. She says she'll make another one, I tell her no we don't have time I need a refund ASAP. She has to go to the back office telling me I'll get an email regarding my refund which I will haven't received. I don't recommend this location at all take the extra drive to Blue Springs or overland park.
I ordered online and ahead to pick up my order. The lobby was closed when I arrived so i had to wait in line with everyone else. Whats the point if ordering online. The items I purchased were great.
I sent my husband there to get me a smoothie so I could drink my veggies instead of eat them. Ever since I’ve been pregnant it’s been hard for me to eat anything except fruit. I thought they closed at 9 turns out on Sundays they close at 8. We both felt terrible but I really wanted it & he was determined. The guy was happy to take his order through the drive through. I’m not saying go there last minute by any means because obviously that’s rude but it was really nice to hear about good customer service. That rarely happens anymore these days. Wish we had his name because he deserves a raise!!
