Food was fresh and hot, serivce was great but she was talking on the phone which was random. Place kinda looks ran down but not to bad.

When someone orders plain burgers that doesn't mean put mustard on the burger and than have enough nerve to wipe it off and still serve us the burgers that are suppose to be plain that still taste like mustard. You are suppose to remake that and this is why you suck that this sonics.

I ordered my food waited 23 minutes in line, I got the window find out they don't have tap pay. I spent my entire lunch break in their line to get food! I then tried to hand her eight $1 bills and $4.18 unchanged mostly quarters. She then tells me they don't take changes payment I said it's $4 in change the most of it is $1 bills that's all I have in my car and it's Federal currency she would not take my change! I get the no tap part but she could have taken my change and the way that she treated me I will absolutely never go there again.

I have put off giving this sonic a review for over a year now because I don’t like talking bad about a business, but after 10+ tries over the past year I just cannot give this sonic location another chance. I’ve had my order messed up or missing food items on multiple occasions, my shake has been the wrong flavor at least 4 times, I’ll pay extra for add ons that I don’t receive, and finally tonight when I ordered chili cheese tots the tots had been left in the fryer for way too long, to the point where I couldn’t pierce them with a fork. At least my lemonade was good, I guess.

I spend a lot of money at Sonic and I've been to many of them. I was at this one and bought food and a drink and ask for a small cup of ice. The guy in the window insisted that he had to charge me if they do. I know better than that and I will not use this store no more. Seems rude every time I'm here. Last time I even leave it driving to the driveway
