I’m not sure what’s up with all the bad reviews. I live near this location and I enjoy stopping here every once in a while. I’ve tried several menu items and everything is always yummy. Service is always friendly and fast. Tonight I stopped by around 10 tonight and got a smash burger with fries and ocean and an Oreo blast. They brought my food in under 5 minutes and it was all hot and fresh. Carhop was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the smash burger with the pickles and sauce! The blast was perfect amount of mix ins. Store deserves way more stars. Lowkey have to force myself to not stop here every time I drive by.

Waited an HOUR for 4 items. There was no communication. Staff told us they lost our receipt 30 minutes into our wait time. Honest communication about wait times/refund on items or coupons would've been appreciated. Terrible service, management needs to step it up.

Amber is the only employee here I’ve ever had a good experience with. Long wait cold food moody managers no sympathy or empathy when it comes to wait times. No split payments. Half the stalls are closed. And ALWAYS forget to take the pickles and onions off that I ALWAYS ask for.

Long wait cup had hole in it that leaked all over.
Waited 20 minutes for 2 pretty basic drinks I was very kind a patient (I work in food I get it) I even called and let them know I was there in case the app was messing up. I waited an additional 10 minutes. Got fed up and had to go to the drive through sat at the drive though with no other cars and waited another 3 mins to ask what we need just for them to hand me my drinks right as we got there. Why was I waiting for over 20 minutes if they were done? I used to love this sonic it was my go to now it’s going downhill.
