Waited 20 minutes for 2 pretty basic drinks I was very kind a patient (I work in food I get it) I even called and let them know I was there in case the app was messing up. I waited an additional 10 minutes. Got fed up and had to go to the drive through sat at the drive though with no other cars and waited another 3 mins to ask what we need just for them to hand me my drinks right as we got there. Why was I waiting for over 20 minutes if they were done? I used to love this sonic it was my go to now it’s going downhill.

They made my food extremely poorly!! A whole bunch of teenagers playing around, hitting the vape, walking in and out of building to give their friends their order first. Really messed up. They play to much . If this is the one on Noland.

The lady at the drive through rushed me to order when I had 3 people ordering. Then she screwed up the slushy, and we were missing items because she did not hear them at the speaker...
Took forever to get my pick up order I order and they ask if I’m Drive through or a stall and what number ???? What is going on. Have no clue what there doing.

First I am a GM another restaurant fast food I can say sometime things happen but if your employees are choosing to serve black tough obviously overcooked and held too long bacon and tater tots. It’s not that hard to drop a couple of fresh tater tots and if you overcook the bacon, I understand you cook it may be earlier in the day and you hold it four hours or an hour on the table, but bacon can last if you cook it correctly can last very long time and still look very nice and fresh but this was curled. You could tell it been sitting forever. The only reason it was eating is because my husband will eat a trashcan when he’s hungry and 10 bucks was always spent for the BLT. I can say the tomato looked mighty fresh. The lettuce was a little brown, but it was not something I would serve to a guest or even probably a homeless person that was starving. I just wouldn’t serve it to anyone. It was an edible to me. The toast was un toasted and color But felt I don’t know if it was super stale and they’re like oh it’s hard enough to pass his toast I don’t know come on a little like they raise minimum wage up over $13 if you’re making that kind of money and working in an establishment like this you should be ashamed of yourself just down and out right ashamed and if you were an employee of mine, you would be held accountable and you would no longer work for me if this happened a second time now we are suppose to tip hell no I asked for my tip I gave the employee back said when they work hard enough well the good thing about stores that are ran like this when you do get a GM that’s cares it’s easy to raise sales cause I see why sonic is about to go out of business I hadn’t eaten hear for over 3 years cause every location I stop I get gross food old or hard meat or over cooked reheated are we teaching this looks like that dogs bacon treats hard tougher than it I’m sure
