Ordered through Uber eats. Took 25 minutes for driver to get order. Both sandwiches were not made correctly. No smasher sauce smasher no lettuce and tomato on bacon cheese my wife ordered and had plastic bag in my totes with cheese. Very bad.

There were about 2 cars sitting waiting in the ports for food. And 3 cars in the drive thru. These 3 female staff stood outside for 15 minutes talking, smoking, laughing, and coughing loudly while literally everyone paid and waited for their food. I waited 20 minutes just for 2 breakfasts burritos. Ridiculous. I used to love to come here but they clearly need fired or retrained about customers sitting around and waiting. I hope the GM gets involved.
I’ll literally drive 15 minutes the other way to go another sonic where they actually care about their customers.
I normally don’t be on this side of town, but I just happen to stop at this sonic to get my daughter a burger and a tater tot. The burger has so much ketchup and mustard on it enough for 10 burgers,the employee was very nice and I did get a refund.

Anthony , Brandon and Nenai and Vince are awesome ! They made my sonic experience unforgettable !!! They show excellent customer service and everytime I come through they make me feel welcomed . This is a great crew and they all are team players to make sure the food is prepared correctly and distributed hot and fresh! They are amazing and this location will forever be my home!!!
This sonic literally messes up every single order I get from them. Tonight I got two number 2 (tripple smash burgers) two large pickle fries and a 3oz queso. The queso was damn near empty, the pickle fries where not even a large and the cripples where doubles with nothing but cheese and pickle. This is a constant issue! Everyone knows this sonic as the worst one aside from belton mo sonic

I got food and my food was little cold and made my stomach sore like I got food poisoning never again going back there
If I could give a negative star review I would, I sat in a designated online order spot for 25 almost 30 minutes and after seeing approximately 15 cars just in drive through order and get their food not counting the other cars at stalls next to me I FINNALY get my 2 DRINKS.. And when I was handed my drinks they both were wrong and way under filled and didn't even have my add-ons that I orders through the app. The heavier set man with dark brown/black hair(an employee) was arguing with another customer who was sitting there for about 20 minutes himself about how the online orders take priority and that they were backed up but here is the part that dumbfounded me was that both the other customer and I were the only online orders in the designated spots. Horrible service...

I’ve been sitting here twenty minutes as of right now watching everyone else who pulled in after me get their orders. What did I order? Two large root beers with sweet cream. When I called? I watched them pick up and hang up the phone. This is WILD.
