why do they not take pride in the fact the are feeding people. 2x in a row i order a chicken sandwitch and the bread is cook and so hard i cant even bite it. everything over or undercooks hot food thrown in the bag with cold stuff. they just dont care abut providing for their community. I wont be commig here again

We set in the drive thru with two cars in front and one car in a parking space. Waited over ten minutes, so I moved to a space to order and after pushing the service button, we waited about ten minutes before someone answered and said can you wait and we’ll be right with you. Well by then both cars had finally moved through the drive thru and pulled in to order. We never were served and it looked like the order cars were being serviced. I will never spend anymore money at Sonic. It’s unacceptable for people who work at these these of jobs wanting $15 dollars an hour with this type of service. The quality and service at most fast food places is worse.

I keep giving this place a chance because it’s the closest to my house but I keep getting disappointed and I’m fed up with it, it took 30 minutes to get 3 medium drinks and 1 small drink and we had to personally ask about our drinks to actually get them and then when we did it the 3 slushes were melted and the twisted flamingo wasn’t even cold so I know it was sitting there for awhile and they just didn’t want to give us our drinks. This isnt the first time that we’ve waited half an hour to an hour for a small order. They are constantly understaffed and the manger constantly yaps to everyone instead of doing her job and they always clean up 2 hours before closing every single day do not come here unless you want melted drinks and to wait an hour a least.

I ordered a Oreo blast and paid extra for cookie dough pieces and they gave me a cup of plain vanilla ice cream and sprinkled some Oreo on top. Unbelievable.

I pulled up and pushed the red button. No one answered for almost 10 minutes. A staff member came out for a smoke break and was playing with their change machine, taking out coins, etc. I pulled up to the drive through, no one took my order for 5 minutes, even when I asked if someone was there. I pulled up to the window and honked. No one came to the window but there were people inside.

I don’t know what happened to this store but they used to be so good and so efficient with their work but lately they always get something wrong or forget something and then when you try to simply get the things you already paid for they make you sit in a drive thru for 10 minutes and only answer you after you call the store itself. Please get it together yall I used to love coming here

Food-was not the best, overcooked fries, chikcen sandwich was not to good Service-wasn't a good day for them, line was bakced up and they seemed to be understaffed Atmosphere-drive thru was clean and clear
I went there last night. Two gentlemen was outside smoking. One put his backpack on and rolled off. The other one while I was watching thru the drive thru proceeded to come inside without gloves or washing his hands and start fixing food. No body back there where wearing gloves. I wasted thirteen dollars because I just couldn't eat it. This place is disgusting. Look inside if you eat here.
