Wow. Where to start? Only 2 people are working on a Saturday evening. The order took 35 mins to get to the car. The pretzel was burnt, and the grilled cheese had no cheese! This location seems to be having issues every time we go there. I think this location is plagued by a toxic work environment, either by bad local or district management. Are you just so determined making EBITDA that you cut your staff back to less than minimum? I know it is difficult to hire and retain talented workforce in general. However, this location has been suffering and delivering horrible service for some time now. I am very disappointed in this location.

We ran out of groceries during the snow storm and this location was the ONLY place open for miles. My husband mentioned there was a GM taking orders and cooking which was so incredible under the circumstances! Get home safe and thank you for showing up when literally QT was closed.

Parked in the stall to pick up our mobile app order. They got my husband's hamburger wrong, they forgot the bacon. We pushed the button. The kid on the other side, had someone come out before my husband's hamburger got remade correctly. All three employees we interacted with the young gentleman on the speaker, the young man that came out to verify there was no bacon on the hamburger, and the older man that brought the correct hamburger out. Acted like we did something, and it was our fault. Very unpleasant employees.

Always bad service at this location. Went to get a medium blast which is almost $8 btw so imagine my surprise when I get home and realize there is a giant air pocket in the middle of the cup. It looks full but it's not even halfway full. I worked at DQ so I've seen this trick.
The girl asked us for our order and as soon as we told her she whips the headset off her head and says nothing. A few minutes later someone else comes over and takes our order again. We get to the window and it takes almost 5 minutes for them to take our money and hand out the single blast that was ordered when we are the only vehicle in the parking lot.
While sitting at the window another car pulls up to the menu to order and the girl inside sonic screams.
It shouldn't take this long to fulfill an order from start to finish, you should actually FULFILL the order and you should never be screaming about someone pulling up to your establishment. There is no pride in anything that these people do and you're lucky if they just so happen to do it correctly.

We went thru the drive-thru and ordered. We waited 10 minutes to get to the window. When we finally got there the girl asked for our order and said the girl that took our order went home. She then grabbed her phone and landed against the counter and started texting. Then another girl came and asked what we wanted. I said I already ordered 2 times. She took my order then left. Couple minutes later she came back and said no one put it in so she wanted our order again. She put it in and took our money.
Very BAD service. If we would have had time to go to a different place we would have.... DO NOT recommend to anyone..FYI, hamburger was raw as well... SAD.

this is the third time in two months we have tried to come up at 10 on a weekend night and we see people inside and they are ignoring us in the drive and booths Please post your correct hours if u are not open past 10

Fries and tots were overcooked and way too salty! One drink was nothing but carbonation with no syrup! Haven't been to this Sonic for a long time due to poor service and food! Apparently hasn't changed and not returning!!!

I did an online order, waited for it and nothing. A kid come out to the car saying they couldn't fulfill my order, there was no manager on duty and I wasted my break with nothing in hand. How does an establishment not have a supervisor on duty, unapologetic for the inconvenience and doesn't even offer a substitution. I am an understanding person however this entire experience was insane how it was handled. Typically in a situation such as this, a substitution would be offered and an apology is given. Rude, unprofessional and entitled workers.

Very rude to just stand there and hold a conversation with your coworkers instead of handing out the food to the person at the window when you’re just standing there with the bag in hand talking instead .. I shouldn’t be shocked they were rude the whole experience

Save yourself the trouble and go to a different sonic! terrible service, terrible attitudes! waited well over 20 minutes for two kids meals that couldn't take more than 5 minutes to make realistically. so many cars gave up and just left! if i didn't order on the app i would've left 5 minutes after it said they food would be ready!

Went to order said it would be 20 minutes. Ask if I wanted to wait i said yes. Never took my order. 15 minutes later hit the button and said it would be another 20 minutes. We'll guess what I didn't have time to wait. Will never go to that sonic again. And the girl answering the thing got an attitude. Wasn't busy so not sure why it would be 20 wait. Total of 40 minutes for fast food. Get it together sonic.
