So for starters could you stop putting hotdogs in the bag vertically? You realize what happens to all of the toppings when you do that right? They slide off the hotdogs. Also if you could remember my condiments one time? that would be awesome. Also please stop putting tot upside down in the god forsaken bag! And finally if you could not slap my burger together in a shape that resembles a burger that has been elbow dropped by the big show that would be great! Idk if its training or giving a shit but people pay for this, please learn to treat it like youve ordered it for yourself. It isnt that hard.

A whole bunch of teenagers playing around. Serving friends in the line behind me getting there’s stuff first. While I only ordered one thing. And it took forever. There were multiple employees hitting the vape while working and going out to see their friends. My burger sucked. It was hard and not made correctly.

First time there since it reopened. Food was delivered in 6 minutes from my order. Drive no longer full of potholes and all new order stations. Huge improvement from before. Keep it up!

We ate outside at the walk up and order part, and the server was a nice guy and very helpful they work hard and Hustle for there tips and bring your food out in record time so don't forget to tip your servers they rely on your tips.
Parking: You drive up and park, order, and eat
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they have wheelchair parking and wheelchair ramps as well
This location is ran so poorly. It doesn't matter if your the only one there you will wait 40+ mins. We have given it a chance over and over again. This order was a couple ice creams and drinks and still waited to long. The thing didn't even work to pay. So we had to wait pay anyway. We hit the call button after a long wait and they didn't even answer it. So we left. Pulling around the building as we left no on was on the other side and no one in the drive thru. Lazy lazy employees and even lazier managers. Will never return.

This is the best Sonic location in Independence. The food is always cooked perfectly The service is great. This location should go train all the other locations and show them how it's done. Give the cook and service people a raise!
