Sonic locations are hit or miss when it comes to service speed. Either you’re waiting 30 minutes+ or they have it out within a few minutes. As a dasher, I’m confused as to why it takes 30+ minutes to make 4 drinks, especially when it’s not that busy.

My favorite ice cream shop closed, so I was looking for somewhere to get my ice cream. I went to this Sonic to have the ice cream that I thought was going to be good. First problem, they couldn't break a $50 bill! This created a problem for me to scramble and in the end, using money from my family( lucky in this situation) to pay! Second problem, the actual ice cream was melted and unablended when we received it! I asked for cookie dough ice cream and revived almost straight vanilla ice cream. Disappointed, would be better just to get your food elsewhere.

This is absolutely the worst sonic on earth. Do not order DoorDash here, they are so slow and super rude. They do not care about customer service at all. They will make you sit and wait 15 to 20 minutes for a small order, or even just a couple drinks. Stay away from this place.

I have got to stop coming to this location. It's consistently 20 minutes to get my food because there's only 2 people working in there. To the owners: you have no one to blame but yourselves! Pay your employees more and maybe you'll have some!

Here is the reason for my negative review, it has nothing to do with the food. I just left one of your carhops and I ordered from the $1.99 fun menu and the cream slush came up as $3:59 so I asked them if they were going to deduct some money off to make it $1.99 and I was told no ice cream products cost $1.99 Two different employees came out and I showed them that on their menu it rings up as $3.59 and they said that’s the price that cream slushes aren’t $1.99 and that it doesn’t say anything about the cream slushes being $1.99 and that the picture is just showing regular slushes and I said well your entire menu says it’s $1.99 so I’m confused?? Also cream slushes is clearly listed in the “Fun Menu.” I cancelled my entire order and went somewhere else!! I go to this Sonic often as I live near by but that annoyed me! I may or may not return….based on the response I receive from this review…do better! Make sure you’re not guilty of false advertisement because right now you are and I’m sure many have just paid and went on their merry way but it’s not about the money and your staff was friendly, it’s saying get your prices right !!

Had my husband pick me up some popcorn chicken and i couldn’t even bite through it, service was horrible the manager was cussing at everybody with the window open. Food and service wise this sonic is the worse one i’ve been to by far and i travel for a living

Every time I have gone to this store even on a slow day they take forever. Today I went as a dasher and they told us they were working on it. After 15 minutes we checked in and got told they were working on it. After 30 minutes we were told someone else picked up the order which was a lie.

Easy ice means light ice which also means not over half the cup filled with ice! Maybe like one scoop or half a scoop. Like come on. This happens every time!
I pulled up to the parking spot, pressed the red button to order my food. The worker took my order/I paid . I waited a whole 30mins and no one ever came out with the food. There was no one in line or at the stalls. I called the store and some guy tried to act like it wasn’t the location. So I pulled around to the window and they still acted as if they didn’t know about my order. When I received my food the bread was soggy, it was drenched in condiments.

I was only here to pick my grandchild up from work. Please explain to me why there is no air conditioning in this building. Why staff has to go next door to Taco Bell to cool off. This should be reported to the health department.

i get it was late and they closed soon, but the employee with the nose ring and the other gentlemen yelling in the back that if this place was 24 hours that would suck and complaining about hours made me contemplate if they tampered with my food and made me ultimately to throw it out. They employees were super rude and room 3 minutes to answer the speaker when I was the only car there.
