This place is only good when the older lady is at the window and running the store. I was there this evening, on December 11th at 9 15 pm 2025, and the staff was so slow, they kept getting on their phone. It took them 15 minutes of me waiting, for them to make one medium master shake and 2 sundaes. So irritating. They wouldn't even give me any updates.

THE ONLY time I will go to this sonic is if I see Janice or James working!!!! They are the absolute best! Janice is always so nice! They have never messed up my orders! And we are drink junkies š¤£.Always try to be fast even if its busy. EVERY SINGLE time I have tried to go when one of them is not working, it has been trash or they mess something up!! Not even kidding. If they aren't working I drive to 291/23rd!

sat in the drive thru for 5 mins tonight and could not get anyone to answer the speaker. left and went to taco bell next door instead, where I got more food for less $$ anyway. saw other cars pull up to the speaker and stalls and drive away w no food, too.

Sonic locations are hit or miss when it comes to service speed. Either youāre waiting 30 minutes+ or they have it out within a few minutes. As a dasher, Iām confused as to why it takes 30+ minutes to make 4 drinks, especially when itās not that busy.

My favorite ice cream shop closed, so I was looking for somewhere to get my ice cream. I went to this Sonic to have the ice cream that I thought was going to be good. First problem, they couldn't break a $50 bill! This created a problem for me to scramble and in the end, using money from my family( lucky in this situation) to pay! Second problem, the actual ice cream was melted and unablended when we received it! I asked for cookie dough ice cream and revived almost straight vanilla ice cream. Disappointed, would be better just to get your food elsewhere.

This is absolutely the worst sonic on earth. Do not order DoorDash here, they are so slow and super rude. They do not care about customer service at all. They will make you sit and wait 15 to 20 minutes for a small order, or even just a couple drinks. Stay away from this place.

Here is the reason for my negative review, it has nothing to do with the food. I just left one of your carhops and I ordered from the $1.99 fun menu and the cream slush came up as $3:59 so I asked them if they were going to deduct some money off to make it $1.99 and I was told no ice cream products cost $1.99 Two different employees came out and I showed them that on their menu it rings up as $3.59 and they said thatās the price that cream slushes arenāt $1.99 and that it doesnāt say anything about the cream slushes being $1.99 and that the picture is just showing regular slushes and I said well your entire menu says itās $1.99 so Iām confused?? Also cream slushes is clearly listed in the āFun Menu.ā I cancelled my entire order and went somewhere else!! I go to this Sonic often as I live near by but that annoyed me! I may or may not returnā¦.based on the response I receive from this reviewā¦do better! Make sure youāre not guilty of false advertisement because right now you are and Iām sure many have just paid and went on their merry way but itās not about the money and your staff was friendly, itās saying get your prices right !!

Had my husband pick me up some popcorn chicken and i couldnāt even bite through it, service was horrible the manager was cussing at everybody with the window open. Food and service wise this sonic is the worse one iāve been to by far and i travel for a living

Every time I have gone to this store even on a slow day they take forever. Today I went as a dasher and they told us they were working on it. After 15 minutes we checked in and got told they were working on it. After 30 minutes we were told someone else picked up the order which was a lie.
