Just went here spent over 12$ on ice cream just to get home and discover that it's spoiled over. I then decide to go up there to complain and get a refund and I'm told it will take over 7-10 business days before I'll see my money and then the Manger could seem to care less and even admitted to being lazy when it comes to the ice cream machine stated " yeah not gonna lie sometime's the other side of the ice cream maker doesn't get used " like that's an okay excuse for selling expired food this location needs to be shut down completely its the worst one and the laziest of employees I will be calling the head manager and the health department for this disgusting food and then the audacity to knowingly sell expired food to customers because they are too lazy to check up on the inventory.

Good luck if you’re a Dasher… literally still in line, which has not moved since I got here…… TWENTY minutes ago. There’s absolutely no one at the window. Sonic is always slow but, this is absolutely ridiculous.

Want a place to get your order right? Don’t go here. Want a place to not check the app that they’re bringing you your food then leave your food sitting there to get cold? Definitely don’t go here, I got a house hold of 5 people who love sonic so we eat it at least once a week and it’s always something with the food not being right or cold.

The tater tots were nice and hot even though I got them to go. The chili cheese conie was good also and they got the rest of my six person order correct. That is a vast improvement over just about every other fast food restaurant in the area. Thank you Sonic for going above and beyond!Parking: Always plenty of parking thanks to good service and the drive thru.

We went to Sonic tonight for dinner since the popcorn chicken was on sale for $ 1.49. We ordered 3 small popcorn chicken, a grilled cheese, a quarter pound double cheeseburger and a BLT combo it came up to $ 31 dollars. My daughter and I couldn't figure out why it was so expensive. We got home, unwrapped the food and it looked DELICIOUS ( for the 1st time in a long time ) it tasted good, the food was hot and fresh. We were completely shocked. My daughter started looking at the recieipt and discovered that we were charged the full price for the popcorn chicken. I grabbed the receipt and went back up to Sonic and asked to speak to a manager. The manager came out ( Her name was Carrie ) and I explained the situation that I was charged full price for the popcorn chicken she quickly went inside with the receipt, came back out with my refund. She was very nice about the whole thing and apologized. I told her how good the food actually was and that we were surprised because we have gotten so much bad food from there. I'm hoping that she will stick around and turn that place around. She is definitely an asset to the Sonic corporation.
