i love starbucks, but i wish it was more consistent. i came earlier the same day and had complete different quality of drinks. night and day for the same exact drink. i had to get it remade it was extremely watery. i come here twice a week, i know it’s annoying but i know what my drink looks and tastes like (3 shots of blonde espresso ristretto extra soy milk extra ice)

I’m positive Starbucks makes enough profit to put an overhang on the drive thru so customers don’t get soaked while ordering. And waiting for them to “be right with you”. I ordered the one thing my granddaughter wanted and then said that’s all I’m tired i ok f getting wet. The employee laughed. Pull up to get the cookie and the drive thru person decided to make drinks for those behind me instead of waiting on me. We left. Fortunately there are lots of other choices in Independence.

Waited at a blank and broken screen for over five minutes and figured it must be broken. So I drove to the window just for the lady to tell me I have to get back in line because she just wasn’t ready for me yet. I get being busy but I couldn’t have gotten my order taken at the window? Plenty other establishments will take your order at the window. It’s not my fault your screen was broken. I waited forever and then was asked to go to the back of the line. I just left not even worth it.

This Starbucks ROCKS!!!!! I came through drive through with a rather larger (13 drink) order this morning. Eddie and Brooklyn made all my drinks very efficiently. They had their own little assembly line set up and had them ready in no time. I was very impressed! The lady working at the window was also great however, I did not catch her name. She greeted me with a smile and was very cheerful at 6:30am. She put stickers on all the lids and had them in drink carriers so they did not spill in my truck. There are 2 Starbucks on my way to work and this one totally impresses me! Thanks for starting my whole teams morning off great! Kudos to y'all! By the way the entire team here loved their drinks!
