guy names either frank or franko something like that, was absolutely horrible to order with. he was completely rude, felt like he was rushing me. i get being busy but because outright mean for no reason is kinda unnecessary

Starbucks is still very pricey but fortunately for them, many are addicted like myself! Great staff that produce consistent excellent coffee!!

If you want slow service inside of hyvee and the employee (Heather) having a conversation with the store workers, really recommend you don't go here. You'll be standing in line longer or walking off, than you're waiting for a coffee. Listening to gossip by Heather and hyvee employee.

I rarely have issues with this location, but the customer service I received today was not great. I was helped by Liv and she was rude throughout our entire interaction. Not the first time I've had a bad experience with her either... all the other workers here are great though.
This staff isalways a pleasure to meet and gives great service.. They do not shove the card reader at anyone. Nor beg for the tip. I have not experienced that they ask if you want to leave a tip if not go to.the next screen. Do not blame them for a corporate decision.
