Emi Scarlett is awesome she told me how to make my drink that I love so much she told me a new way to make it and I bought a cup from her had amazing conversation Taught me a lot about Starbucks I bought a stainless steel cup it was 10 but when she scanned it it came out to 8.50 and it's my first Starbucks cup I have ever bought

Average coffee location. Average quality. Less than average customer service. Staff is not friendly and not personable. Staff is frantic and always rushing around...probably because they are understaffed in a desire to cut down on labor costs.

I would give this location ZERO stars if possible. Starbucks usually remakes a drink that is incorrect, but this location will not do that if you didn’t buy it from them. So that means I have to drive 10 miles out of my way since I bought one by my doctors office that wasn’t made correctly for my wife who was at home. I would not recommend this store to anyone EVER since they are not a “corporate” location. I guess non-corporate locations mean poor customer service.
