After visiting many Starbucks over the years (though I usually choose local), I am convinced that the company wants its customers to be as uncomfortable as possible while they sit. Starbucks, change my mind.

This location is one of the worst. Hard, high tables and backless stools (and few of them); two, low tables with hard chairs; no arm chairs; loud music. Every time I come I'm reminded why I typically choose other coffee shops. On the bright side, the cortado was good (but expensive). Service was slow due to obvious rush but friendly. I just couldn't hear him because the music and machines were so loud.

Told worker “carmel at the bottom” got to the window the drink had whipped cream on it . So once I was trying to get their attention the man and the other worker ignored me , He noticed I said no whipped cream he came to the window and said “carmel at the bottom” then shut the window on me before I could even say Yes .

This location always does a good job with the cold foams which I’ve learned can have a LOT of variability depending on the location. Always stop by if it’s on the way to where I’m headed.

What a shitty place to stop the staff were rude and made me wait 20 minutes for a black drip coffee

I order here often. Today's staff was absolutely amazing!! I placed a pick-up order but due to an accident I was unable to get it. I called and the manager was very polite and understanding and set it for a refund. When I came in I decided to just have it remade and the staff was courteous and prompt with my situation and order. So very pleased! Thanxx! Oh my custom latte was perfect, made my day☺️

My protein box had already been opened and has hair or lint on the eggs. The clear seal had already been broken and it’s to be “enjoy(ed) by today”. It looks like someone took the peanut butter and pastry out and put it back in…
$6.75 and food wasted.

They do lose 1 star due to a previous issue. But Mikayla being as pleasant as she was today while I got my drink gave me a good feeling I think things waa addressed.
