Bad, Bad, bad ! . Always out of something and understaffed. Shame because it's a good location . 6/22 615 turned around and left. This time they were literally out of bread! Someone from Subway should do a anonymous visit here. Too many other options now. Never once have had this issue with Jersey Mike’s - drove 15

I wouldn’t even leave stars if I had the option. The apparent “manager” Jen, left my family and I sitting in line while she stocked chips. Prioritizing stocking chips over serving customers standing in line. One of them being my mother in law who has diabetes. We were in line for 10 minutes while she proceeded to do work that could have easily been done at end of shift. I just don’t understand why that was more important. While her obvious, new hire was overwhelmed and needed her help.

Terrible service! The woman who was helping us was rude a disrespectful. She raised her voice at us when asking us what kind of sandwich did we get when she was charging our food. She first asked us what kind of bread it was then I answered her question then she started got irritated and raised her voice and asked what the sandwich was??? She was the one who made the sandwich? It’s clearly a meatball sub. Poor kid who was working with her looked so scared he seemed new so he kept having to go to the back and ask her for help until she came out and started helping herself. I wish she hadn’t. I was fine waiting patiently for the new kid to take his time

Horrible staff. Lady was rude to my wife and another customer. Order said it was ready but then made my wife wait another 10-15mins. Nothing but attitude. And wasn’t wearing a name bag .

Went in at 4:45 pm to inquire about catering to feed 15 people the following day:

Immediate response from employee #1 - “you have to do that online you can’t do that in store.” When I looked at her computer screen and asked why she couldn’t take my order in store she said, “well that would take the two of us a couple hours to prepare.” I then asked is that the real problem. Her response “well I don’t even know if we have enough ingredients.”

I told the two of them to have a great weekend and left in shock of people’s desire to avoid doing their jobs. As I left - employee #2 then suggested I try Price Chopper who happily took my order and called me when it was done.

We were the only 3 people in the store (no customers) and they never once inquired about my ability to pick up later.

They take WAY too long to get your order going. Once it’s finally ready it’s wrong. I know they need more people but they are obviously in no rush. For a place that is supposed to be somewhere you can stop quick to grab a sandwich, it’s not quick at all. You’ll be waiting 15+ minutes just to get your order started. Online is even worse. Don’t recommend.
