The worst 😫 one i been to ever!! Don't go there!!
They say they are open tell 10 pm we showed up at 9:43pm and was not greeted with good service.
The one girl threw down her broom and stormed off to the back for 5 minutes came back out and said ( just want to let you know we are closing in 10 minutes šŸ˜’)
The other girl was all pissed when she had to check us out. We got 1 foot long.
The store is open tell 10 pm not 930 so putting everything away early and closing the store early is not in their job description.
I may never go to another subway.

The girl with the reddish hair and glasses always has an attitude with her customers.

3 stars because my family loves this place but every time we order here we ask for extra pickles and end up with less then normal, so we ask again and basically get a ā€œare you kidding me attitudeā€. Other sandwich shops are more than happy to oblige!

Every time I come here , people in there don’t know how to follow directions and then want to get smart with the customers instead of just making it right. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE WITH THEM. They will mess up your order because they can’t read.

Bread was chewy & the whole bin of lettuce brown. Disgusting. I worked Subway in Overland Park 3 years & took pride in baking bread every morning. Never was it like I just tried to eat with my Spicy Italian. I ate just the meat, tomatoes & olives. This Shocks me from my favorite sub restaurant

My son, his father, and I all stopped by the Subway in Independence, M0 (24 hwy / Susquehanna location) yesterday at about 12:15 PM. We intended to order 3 sandwiches. We walked in, were the only customers in the store, but were completely ignored other than one rude comment by an employee. This location does not like it when you have not placed an online order ahead of time and they make sure to let you know it. The only thing the employee said to us was ā€œIt is going to be a while because I have a big ass orderā€. He called for another employee to come up front. She also ignored us and was working on maintenance type things like putting more bread in, etc. she never acknowledged us at all. We even tried being really nice and asked them ā€œhow are you today?ā€ To which we were still ignored. We stood for another few minutes and finally gave up and went to Mr. Goodcents. They were very nice and greeted us politely immediately, even though they also had online orders.

My advice is to only go to this Subway location if you order through the app or online. I have had a similar experience every time I have just stopped at the restaurant without preordering. They don’t like it and let you know immediately. I don’t think I will give them any more opportunities because there are other places you can go where the employees will at least be decent to you.

So we got two subs and paid extra for extra meat and there was just one thing single piece of meat that had been doubled over in the middle where they sliced it so it would have the appearance of having more meat than it actually had. Super sketchy. We won't be back.

I stopped by here to pickup a carry out order for a friend. The staff were super unfriendly and rather rude. I’m thankful I’m not a fan of their food and don’t have to go here again. I would suggest folks pick a different location.

Me, my mom and daughter went tonight and at first was asked takeout or carry out, said no. Then we stood there for about 10 minutes. In the time we stood there they kept filling orders. Mind you we were the only ones standing there. There was enough workers there that they could have filled our orders but we just walked out because they were still not saying or doing anything to helping us. They could have very easily fit us in since we were right there. They only said something when we walked in and no other time did they even say we will be with you in a minute. ????????. I have been there plenty of times and never been treated that way.

What's the point of being open if you're out of bread??? Y'all are subway you need to make sure you have bread.. waist of time..

The sandwiches I like is the Boss sandwich a teriyaki chicken?, and the Italian classic I think that's the name of the sandwiches. ? And add Parmesan ? bread and black . Great ? staff that prepared the sub sandwiches ?. So inviting.

Arrived in person and had to wait a long time until they did all the online orders first. So don't show up in person

I am big on tipping even if it's a small business like subway because they are in fact serving me. Yesterday when I went in there I did tip the guy who helped my daughter and I. Today I did not tip and my daughter did not eat her food. The blonde older lady that was working was very loud when speaking to us or two other customers, she dropped my daughter's meatballs out of the wrap and even though it didn't completely hit the floor, she picked it up. Put it back on the bread since she was going to get us a new meatball then took the other meatball off the bread. Put a new one on the bread while all the whole time not using gloves. After she put the meatball back on there she put the cheese on the wrap and then decided to put clothes on after she had put the cheese and everything on there and then wrapped the wrap up. It's very unprofessional to be touching someone's food without gloves on. It is gross and disgusting because you never know what they have touched or anything before they have touched your food or if they've even washed their hands and that is why people require that you wear gloves when making someone's food for them. If I walk back into this store and she is working I will turn around and walk right back out. Or maybe I will send my friend who works for the health department and there and see what she does making her food.
