Very rude to customers. We came in at 9:20 pm and was not greated and asked. “What do you want?” After a couple seconds. Then he gave attitude and asked if we had any more sandwiches and then moved on. I asked if there were any more cookies and he shook his head no and looked at me like I was an idiot and mind you there were 2 cookies in there at the time. Yes you do have more cookies! You just didn’t feel like getting them. And made the sandwich without out the ingredients that come with it/ required on the sandwich. You also need to use your words with customers please. This is not professional in any way.

just went to this location at a little after noon on 8/21 and my husband went up to to the counter to start looking and ordering, and the girl there asked “what can i get started for you” and when he replied “i didn’t know yet” she huffed at him and rolled her eyes. Are you kidding me? we walked out instead.

Literally just left there is an older black guy & a blonde lady working. For starters I USED to eat at this location & literally wouldn’t go to any other location. But on 8/14/25 the older black guy service was down right RUDE he was smirking at our request & completely acting as if we were irritating him (the request was simple we didn’t want nothing on the bread as the meal was for my husband who works overnights). Now what did it for me was the blonde lady working was changing the vegetables with NO GLOVES fingers damn near on the green peppers so between the smirk , irritation & total disregard of cleanliness. I took my money elsewhere & that sucks I loved this particular location they USED to be the total opposite & all about great customer service and most importantly CLEANLINESS

Apparently it's impossible to make a sandwich right here when ordered through the app. My husband always gets his right. The last 3 times mine has been wrong and/or missing something. I'm really just over it. Only go here if you're ordering in person. Good luck.

I give all zeros so fed up with this Subway always out of of things. Employees are hateful and rude. The one tonight had a horrible attitude and we ordered online to get there and find out they were out of pretty much most of what we ordered done. Just done this location should be closed or find better people

Came in to just get a sandwich, because my wife has Alpha-Gal Syndrome. Subway is one of the only safe spots for her allergy. We walked in and asked the lady if she could change her gloves, because of the allergy. The employee proceeded to get new gloves clearly frustrated, but then she asked if she had a clean knife. The employee said, “no, we only have three knives and they’re all used.” We asked if she could just wash it. She said sure and got upset walking to the back.

When she came back she noticed another employee walking in and stopped while flinging the “clean” knife. The other employee walked in and the lady helping us started to vent on how many sandwiches she made. Completely ignored us and continued to grill the other lady who walked in.

We were willing to wait, because we understood long days happen and we don’t have another option to eat at the moment. But the lady was so rude that we just ended up leaving.

She doesn’t need to be reprimanded and I completely understand being over worked. We all slip up. I just want to take this moment to say that Jesus Christ is the way, the truth and the life. He loves you and wants a relationship. Life is hard and it WILL get harder, lean into a Father you can count on. John 3:16

I would stay away from this location! When arriving at this location I waited for a very long time before I was acknowledged at all. There was an extremely slow employee putting together an online order at that time. When I ordered the tuna the first bread he picked up and looked inside of he put it back down. This should have been a clue! We went ahead with our order and went home to eat. I got FOOD POISONING! When I called to let them know they offered a new sandwich. Absolutely not. The manager was supposed to call me back and I never got a call back. I contacted the health department and reported the food poisoning. I will never return to this location and will pay very close attention to each thing I witness at any Subway in the future.

Somehow a sandwich shop is out of MAYO. She wouldn’t even go look when it was clear that’s what was needed for the sandwich. They didn’t have rotisserie chicken which was disappointing as well. Very quiet very distant workers. My sandwich was fine but unfortunately burnt from the toaster.
