I was smoking in parking lot waiting for my food from a online order and the gm pulls up with a bad attitude and cancel my order bad service dudes a fag and don’t know how to treat his customers power got to his head he need to make a change I don’t recommend going to this subway

20 bucks for ONE meal at subway?!? Never again. the man running the register plays too much and doesn’t listen to what you’re asking for and has to keep asking. I haven’t been to subway in awhile and I won’t be back. I spend 20 bucks for restaurant meals with free refills on drinks. Why the crap would I spend so much at subway on a mediocre chicken sandwich … you guys have lost your minds. I truly hope you go out of business because, wow.

Josh was a superstar! Friendly, professional, and helped me quickly, accurately and with a smile. He asked me how my day was going and apologized for my wait. I just wish I had more cash on me so I could've left him a tip. I'll be back for sure just for his quality service!

The driver thru is terrible. You have to order from a touch screen from your car. You have to build each sandwich completely. You can't order by a number. There is no greeting or personal interaction until the drive up window. I saytat the window for over 10 minutes before somebody came and acknowledged i was waiting.

Tried to get a refund. Was refused. You think this thin disgusting more vegetables than meat sandwich is correct for the price we paid? The flatbread should never wrap around itself. There should be more meat on this. One of his requests was light onions, and it was loaded. There are better sandwich companies in the area. I’ll be happy to take my business to them because when I have a problem, they take care of me. It’s a shame you can’t trust pick up services anymore, it’s so easy for companies to cut corners on cost of goods. Pathetic.

The Asian girl was upset because I asked about more veggies, I guess because she was ready to leave she had an attitude . it’s Christmas Eve and they closed at 5pm, i came in at 3:15pm exactly to get ONE sandwich. she decided it was okay to slam and toss things like she couldn’t get slammed and tossed herself but I digress . Merry Christmas everybody ❤️.

Went again on a different day and waited in line over 20 minutes and no one showed up to take my order.

Morbid Magician

To the young man that closed on 10/23/24. One can understand being limited on items near the end of the day. Yet when you explain, you don't have a certain meat, but when we ask for substitutions and you offer no substitute for a limited selection shows how much you do not want to serve or even offer ANY solution. Do not recommend it, especially when it looks like half the staff is outside in the car while the other watches store inside.
