normally don't write bad reviews, but I have to say this. I have been going to this Subway for around a year now. I work overnights and I stop every Saturday to grab a sandwich. I actually made friends with the kids working there I was there so much. They were great! You are always out of bread and now out of vegetables. Hunter would always throw in a cookie or something to make up for it or he would add a little something to my sandwich. I appreciated that. He quit. There is a young girl who does this as well. Can't remember name, the last 2 times I have gone. Out of something and talk about unfriendly. New people, I guess. Don't offer anything, not even apologize. seriously? What makes me the madest is when they tell me they can't scan for my rewards. I have submitted missing points for at least 10 sandwiches and only have 95 points. ?? It really bothers me that they tell me they can't scan whatever they need to for my points. I come EVERY Saturday. Hunter and the other girl are awesome! They quit and that's ashame because they were wonderful. I don't even want to go back to that location anymore because of the unfriendly people and constantly out of something. You would think they would offer something for it. I'm mostly very angry about my points. I should have ALOT by now. Thank you for your time.

Ordered food through the app, didnt know it was going to be delivered through doordash because it never mentioned it til after it eas ordered. The food I ordered wasnt at all what I ordered because they were out of literally everything. I ordered a Black Forest Ham sub and got roast beef instead, covered in spinach, and I got a MexiCali with no avacado smash, even though I paid for extra. When I try to call and report it today, they hung up on me before I could even speak, and thats after the phone rang a bunch before the call just dropped. I paid over $45 for two sandwiches that I didnt even get the right sandwiches for. Im highly unhappy about my experience at this location.

I’ve always had great service and food from this Nolan/24 hwy. I entered your place of business at 9:05 when it’s posted open till 10 and was told “we’re closed by the oerson hollering over the sandwich maker in the back. I know we all want to go home on Friday nights but this is a little ridiculous.

Its a small eatery, but we have always had good service and food, the worst part is the small parking lot, and the drive thru is inconvenient. Just go in and you'll be much better off..

Out of bread choices, only had wheat bread also said could not do the beast # 30 out of salami... What sandwich shop is out of bread. Also, Always buy a dozen cookies white macadamia and they only had 4 and only a few different kinds. This was 400 in afternoon.

The crew was short staffed I get that. However being rude because I didn't want it toasted and then basically has no product it is unacceptable. Please teach them customers make paydays possible. I don't usually complain but seriously this is the worst sandwich I have ever received and poor service. When short staffed step back breathe and give it your best not your worst.

I ordered online and when picking up it was to be ready at 6:15, I arrived at 6:30. They were just getting it started to fix. Tried to make pleasant conversation while waiting and both expressed they did not really like the job. I could tell..sandwich was not made good. When complained by Gmail to Corporation there response was I should have taken it back after I had gone home and get back out!!! Really! I will not be back to Subway on 39th Noland Rd Independence Missouri!!!!!

There was an African American young lady who was very disrespectful and rude. She was unprofessional and argumentative. Her attitude was so nasty that it caused a verbal confrontation between her and myself. It was so bad that I requested for another employee to make our food! I'm so grateful for an amazing young man named Hunter who diffused the situation, showed excellent customer service, and professionalism. Hunterstepped in, made our sandwiches, and made the best out of a bad situation.

Manager is nice but when it comes to his employees they get away with everything. Order a sandwich and half the stuff was not added to the sandwich. Ordered #4 the pepperoni salami ham capicola. The capicola wasn't add double cheese wasn't added. The oil wasn't add and I wanted spinach and they gave me lettuce. My niece works there they know who we are and yet they still messed up the order

Extremally rude, unfair, dishonest business practices; racist. This place is truly horrible. They don't list prices and won't tell them to you until you have ordered: they are trying to manipulate you into paying a higher price by not revealing prices until they have rung you up and you are then pressured into paying it. They discriminate against those with a gluton allergy by charging these individuals more. Furthermore, if you are white, they will come up with an unreasonable pretense not to serve you. Worst Subway ever!
