Always understaffed, Slow single employee everytime we have stopped in . This time after 20 mins and still 3 people ahead of us we walked OUT. Hire people .. and staff the place, it is a customer service business!

Usually always go to this one the staff is pretty decent… but today definitely blew me.. I walked in wasn’t greeted, staff back was turned and on the phone! getting ready to put more bread in the oven definitely understand that’s part of her job but it’s no way you ask a customer what can you get them without changing gloves at that moving pans around , touching different things.. I was very disgusted I have worked in fast food before and I know how important it is to be sanitary. Attitude was horrible she was stating on the phone that she was there by herself but it’s a way to treat your customer and do things! Remind y’all I was the only customer in the store :)

This is my favorite Subway! They always greet you with a smile. The sandwiches are always excellent!
You’ll be lucky if they have bread, or meatballs, or whatever else you wanted. No management anywhere on site. High school kids running the weekend shifts, high on weed, and stoopid as hell. Can’t read the order you make, makes your sandwich with whatever they want you to have, including stale bread so tough you could make moccasins out of it. Save your money unless you want idiots to make your sandwich. This has happened several times I’ve been there, this is not an isolated incident.
Funny because I know how to use the deals online they shut it off to use deals. So they don't have to make 4 sandwiches talk about being lazy. Also shows bottle drinks when checking out got fountain drinks. It's sad to see this place go down because I have been going here for 20 plus years. And my grandpa used to go here for years when he was alive. He also knew Mary too that's what sad! Her employees just seem lazy whoever working 11/9/2024 at 5pm.. yea I'm calling your lazyself out.
