Refused to help any of the drivers in the lobby. One employee just stood in the back eating continuously the others just ignored me and several other drivers. Stood there for 25 mins for a uber eats ended up just walking out empty handed. I won’t eat or deliver from here ever again.

They messed up our order three times. By the third time going through the drive-through, the manager, Steven, was very rude. My Family has gone to this Taco Bell many times before. We have never had these problems. The thing is, it wasn’t even busy. So, why did they mess up so bad? He tired to charge us for the cheese sauce that came free & got mad when we told him it’s free with the meal. Anyways , he clearly does not know customer is always right..

I was on my lunch break and was having a lot of issues with my debit card, both Adriene (if I spelled it right sorry) and Tammy were amazing and patient with me, and made sure I got my lunch in a timely and polite manner. Definitely made my day easier. Thank you guys!!

Paid almost $30 for my food with shorted my tacos and didn’t even get the extra toppings. I ordered will not be coming back to this one when I called even tried to tell me I did not order the combos. I just ordered the burrito supreme and nacho grande but they give me drinks and two tacos with one milk, but short meat on tacos for other milk will not be coming back to that establishment will drive out of my way to get my food proper next time such a nice place, but very poor employees

I ordered an item and pulled up to the drive thru windows to pay. Then I find out they were out of an ingredient for one of my items after payingfor it. A manager or employee came up to the windows, informed of the lack of ingredient and asked me if there was another item they could include in my order to make this situation right. That manager or employee gets it. I would gladly employee him at my restaurant.
I ordered chips and cheese. With a side of Jalapeños. For 1 I didn't get my Jalapeños. Witch I kinda a normal. Either they forget the cheese , or they forget the Jalapeños. Witch happens atleast 3 times a week. But besides my Jalapeños. This time I only received 3 chips to eat my cheese with. Also when I called the store. To let them know. They hung up on me. Multiple times. Is this good customer service. I spend $150 a week at that store

I cannot eat dairy at all. It was late at night, long drive and closest option that was still open. I only ordered three hard tacos with no cheese. They literally put cheese on all three of the tacos. Is it really that hard to NOT add something on a taco?

I recently visited Taco Bell, and I have to say, the experience was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond, demonstrating an outstanding level of service. Their friendliness and attention to detail made the visit memorable. It's clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. Kudos to the team for making my Taco Bell experience the best one yet!
