Never just a lot of homeless people hanging around the building asking for cigarettes and money or alcohol. Service was okay I guess. The workers seem like he didn't want to be there and I don't blame him. Overall it was kind of depressing but what do you expect from fast food.

Drove through at 12:15 am. They were out of potatoes to make their new burrito out of hot fries seasoned fries large drinks which she says don't worry I can give you a medium with no ice to make up for it. mild sauce hot sauce and baha blast.. this is such a large portion of everything they make that I wonder if people were lazy and didn't want to make more or replace or orders just didn't get put in bit that's ridiculous

I drive-thru this Taco Bell in Independence one to three times every week, and it continues to impress me every single visit. The drive-thru is consistently quick, the team is friendly, and a few of them even greet me by name, which is something you don’t see often anymore. My orders come out hot, fresh, and reliably well-made every time. The consistency here sets it apart—hands down the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend.

Greeted when we walked in. Clean environment and wonderful staff!! 3 different times their people interacted with me while we were waiting for our food. They made me fresh fries and were very professional!! The food was perfect to specifications and this Taco Bell is SO much better than the crappy one on 291!!! We will come to this Taco Bell from now on!! They care about their customers!!

Put in a mobile order and had to wait an hour to get our food. We watched other customers come in and order in the kiosk and get orders right away. When we asked about our order, the employees were rude and did not explain what was taking so long. We were late to get back to work. :(

Had a door dash order. They gave it out to a previous dasher. Didn’t have them confirm. Door dash asked them to remake it and they refused. Then immediately goes out and smokes a cigarette on the side walk while taking food to trade with the Pizza Hut.

Taco bell grande was very small and not much on it for $6 same for the bean burrito. Drive through hardly said anything, we asked for mild sauce and was given no sauce, had to go back through.
