Stopped in to use the bathroom and was told I had to buy something to use it. So now common decency has a price? Funny thing is I was gonna order something after using it but their selfish corporate attitude turned me all the way off and I wont be giving them a dime at this location. Unacceptable customer service.

I came about 1:40am to have them correct my grilled cheese burrito… whoever was at the window was SO nice to me. I felt so awful coming back thru, but he was so sweet and apologized and remade my grilled cheese burrito for me. I never caught his name, but he was so sweet and awesome 🥺🩷

It’s pretty sad when you spend your hard earned money and your order is missing stuff on it and everything is skimpy. I even ordered extra stuff on my food and didn’t get it even though I paid extra for all the stuff in it. My fiancés soft taco supreme was even missing his sour cream, lettuce and tomato. Not only do I feel ripped off but I’m also pissed off! Do better Taco Bell!
