Store was a mess, lady had a major attitude and didn't want to unlock the restroom because she was too busy. When she finally came and unlocked it, she had a major attitude problem about it.

My ticket # is 270 I just got off the phone with someone there, she now has my name since she wanted it. I never expect 5* service or food quality going to Taco Bell but tonight really iced the cake. We order a garlic steak cheese fry and a medium Dr. Pepper the ticket on the bag is stamped 9:54pm I called the store at 10:05pm to let them know my fries were cold the first thing she asked me is “don’t you have a microwave?” 🤯 I couldn’t do anything but laugh. Than she tells me in so many words what do you expect if it took you 15 minutes to get home? So my response is “well if I didn’t have to wait at your window for you all to change the Dr. Pepper maybe I would have been home sooner. I literally live less than a mile away. But let’s do some math right quick. Ticket stamp 9:54pm and I called at 10:05pm that’s 11 minutes not 15 anyway she tells me she will remake them so I ask my husband does he want to go back up there by now of course he has put it in the microwave to warm them up he tells me no. So I’m telling her no thanks have a good night and instead of the call ending there she wants my name now by this point I’m done with the whole conversation so I’m like for what now you wanna offer to remake it another day, long short they lost a customer I’ll just drive a mile to the other Taco Bell at least there we get hot food and better service than what I encountered tonight. I expected my fries to at least be warm if not by the time I made it home not cold.
