This Taco Bell has it’s ups and downs like any fast food place, BUT as someone who frequently goes here I gotta say that we’ve been highly impressed with the food quality and service as of late. I’d like to recognize this team if they’re under new management or are just flowing well with one another the food tastes like it’s made by people that are happy to be there. You can taste the love. 🖤 Thank you guys and keep up the great work your community appreciates you.
I just stopped at the Taco Bell on 24HWY and 291 for dinner. After going through the drive through I parked and ate my food. The last thing I ate was a soft taco that came with the combo. Two bites into the Taco I felt something touch my upper lip, and it sort of tickled. I pulled it back an it was a small roach walking around, fell off my lip and back into the Taco. I drove back to taco bell to show them the bug in my taco and the manager argued with me saying they were recently sprayed and inspected by the Health Department and that they don't have a bug problem or bugs like this one; and it only could have came from me which is not possible. I was enraged that she would argue with me about how the bug got in my food. Finally she offered a refund. I eat at this location almost daily, but that ended tonight. Unbelievable!!!

I come here a lot because I live close , but I went here a couple of nights ago after work and I asked if they have salad (because they do online) the lady working was extremely rude and said “if you want something leafy then go to Walmart” lollll I definitely won’t be coming back at night .. the day shift is very nice and respectful! .

I went here last weekend and I've never been more sick. The food poisoning that was unleashed upon me was unjust and I am calling off taco bell for the rest of my life. I am just now feeling mediocre 5 days later.

I love Taco Bell, but it took longer than I thought it would take, then when we got home, the food was wrong. We indeed Dorito Tacos and got Regular Tacos. My Grandson was so hungry, he just ate them, I would have taken them back.
They messed up my tacos and this is something that happens every now and then I would say one and 15 visits my order gets messed up. They barely put any meat on a taco and didn't put what I asked to be put on the tacos. I went up there and they almost messed up my order again so I had to shout so they could hear me overall the noise so they didn't mess it up again, however I asked for a free drink for my trouble and they did give me a free drink I had to ask a few times though until I got it but I did get a free drink. That's why I give the service and atmosphere 4 stars. But the food doesn't really ever taste fresh. And they don't put too much heart and to making things like burritos and tacos It's very mechanical.
Vegetarian options: There is not really any options for vegetarian people besides the run of the mill salads but I would never recommend a Taco Bell salad they do not taste good and sometimes the lettuce is yellow and slimy.
