Food was great! However, both are drinks where all soda water, disgusting.
We usually order on the app and pick up through the drive thru, they are slow at times getting your order together, but my biggest complaint is they are inconsistent on getting your order correct and have had multiple occasions that I’ve ordered 2-3 of the box meals, and they just toss everything in a bag instead of a box so then I have to go through the receipt/order and see what was to be in each box. But I do love their quesadillas, although over priced for the little amount of cheese they put in them anymore

Ok, I've shared this problem last time I ordered. I had a rewards gift and tried again. When customers order food, a special box appears asking if you want sauces, dips, etc. It's even printed on the receipt. I didn't receive not one sauce package, napkins, plastic fork! I did order nachos with cheese, Only got the cheese.
Missed a whole burrito, asked for rolled chicken tacos… just got regular tacos…. Advertised stuff that they are not even selling. Would give zero stars if possible!

Horrible place. do not eat here. No one who works there wants to be nice or help you. Even though it's literally there job. Got horrible food tonight. Tacos were stale but yet cold and soggy at the bottom. Something tasted off with the beef. Asked for a grilled cheese chicken burrito, gave me nothing even like it. They heated up chicken, tomato and lettuce in a burrito. Didn't get me half of the chicken order from the kfc side. Literally ridiculous. Don't waste ur time on even going there.

They get everything right that the Taco Bell by Walmart on 39th Street does not get right.39th Street should be shut down. For a week of training. So the employees understand who's paying their check truly. It's not the company. It's the consumer.If the same manager is in charge of the whole location I suggest some soul searching.
