wow I came here to leave a review and I'm surprised about the negative reviews. I've never had a bad experience at this location, though I suppose I'm used to the horrible Taco Bell/KFC location on Noland Rd.
The staff have always been sweet and just the right amount of customer service, and I've always enjoyed my food. I don't think I've ever had an incorrect order at this location either. Keep it up guys!

Came here last night. Food was of such poor quality it seems like they didn't care. They made it and just tossed in the bag,chips and tacos spilt every where. And the cherry on top is we both woke up sick and throwing up. Never again using this taco bell again ??

The customer service is so well performed! the two ladies working drive thru tonight (8/15) were so kind and they didn’t have my mobile order ready unfortunately they thought i said i different name but they were very correct in fixing and very fast! the sweetest two ladies ever! i hope they see this and know that they were absolutely wonderful! never have had a bad experience here ever

The meat smelled & tasted like chemicals… Took one bite & instantly threw up! Took the food back to get a refund & the lady put on gloves to take the food back but didn’t have on gloves to make my drink. At 1st the manager the employee called told me I had to come back the next day to get my refund, I had to refuse to leave the drive thru in order to get my money back

The food was overcooked and part of the ingredients were left out. They didn’t give me our drinks I had to go back for them.

I will edit my review bc management and the employees at the restaurant this evening were a HUGE help!! I realized they still had my card and went up there. It was in their safe, they had no problem refunding me for what the other charged my card that was not my order so I was greatly appreciative. Not all their employees are bad! Unfortunately I got a couple bad ones that night. So they def redeemed themselves! Thank u!
Worst employees. The young girl taking orders kept having me repeat everything I said and when we got up to the window realized it’s bc she was on her phone. Then the young man taking my card was snarky and rude and when I checked my bank acct they double charged me. I will be disputing with my bank. I even told my daughter as we pulled away we will never come back to this location and they seem like the type to do something to our food .
