I pulled up to the drive through and all I could hear over the speaker was a young man laughing and carrying on with someone else. He crudely asked me what I wanted. I stated I wanted 3 crispy taco supremes, he kept interrupting me and finally asked if I wanted 3 regular tacos. I said Supreme please. So I got 3 regular tacos without sour cream and no tomatoes..I never said anything about tomatoes. When I asked him for fire sauce, he shushed me! Y'all better get this place right.. its very inconsistent ! ?

I was pleased with the Spencer, Connie, and Keyonna who go above and beyond. Happy employees who make sure to prioritize customer service !!!Returned on 11/28 and my order was prompt. That being said I wasn’t given napkins or sauce on my app order.Orders were coming out quick overall.
I am a Rewards member and had a free taco for 30 days. I chose this location, it's close & new. The employees seemed to get annoyed that I got this free taco repeatedly. I would usually order extra food and repeatedly I didn't get my full order OR it was sub-standard. Please look at order #918155, 10/30/23 at 9:42pm. Ordered 2 of the new steak & bacon, paid extra for more steak & potatoes. Plus ordered my free taco. One steak & potato had NO potatoes or sour cream. The other was huge, so yes I got One with extra steak/potatoes. The free taco, I ordered the same taco for the 30 day reward. The nacho cheese taco supreme, Again there is no sour cream, Along with no taco sauces. That's another they kept doing - I say 4 taco sauces and Get None. This happened many times also. Why ask us what sauces, then give us none??Parking: Great location and lots of parking.

I ordered the chicken grilled cheese burrito 3 different times and every time they got it wrong. There wasn't even chicken on it and no cheese on the outside. I thought the first time was just a mess up but 3 times it happened!!! Asked for a chicken quesadilla and no chicken on that
