I love the food and atmosphere! Last Friday, had a one man band, and he was great. But if you want a drink, you have better luck going up to the bar. I never seen anyone going around and taking your order like in the past. In the past they was slow getting your order. But I would rather have slow than not at all.

Atmosphere was great! Food was below par and took forever to get, our waitress was nice! But then again it turned a 30 minute dinner into a 2 hour dinner.

Have been here 2x. 1st time we were here, mashed potatoes were cold. However, they were replaced when it was mentioned. Burnt ends were so tender they fell off fork. I have never had anything so tender. The food was extremely hot and delicious. BBQ sauce was a little spicy for me, but ghe dark haired stocky waitress was unfriendly and downright rude. When asked about take out menus. Thank goodness she was not our waitress. The 2nd time we went, we got take out. Asked for no pickles as we were allergic and received pickles buried in food. Ask for sauce on the side, and it was only put on food. Which made it soggy with the sauce and pickles by the time we got home. Meat was just as tender and delicious as the 1st time. They will not sub anything that comes with the meal. You can ask for them not to include what you don't want, but they will not give you a replacement. Most meals are between $14 & $15 per person w/o tax. With tax around $18-$20 person. You do get a decent amount of food for your money. We have only been here on Sundays, but I can say they don't blast the music. You can have a conversation and still be heard. They have a glass rolling garage door that roll up to the patio area. In cooler weather, it can get chilly as it lets in a lot of air. They have a few tables with regular chairs, howeverer most are high tables with tall bar stool type chairs. It's not great for anyone with mobility issues.
Parking: Free parking is in a strip mall trip area.
Kid-friendliness: I have been there on Sundays and there are kids there. Nothing for them to do but sit at table. Because it's geared towards adults.
Wheelchair accessibility: No extra wide doors or automatic doors for handicap. There are handicap parking spaces.

Paid online. They refuse to give me what i ordered or a refund. The internet is down there, instead of doing the right thing and having the kitchen make what I ordered they tell me to come back tomorrow. Complete
We moved to the area 3 years ago and have been here often. I have tried numerous items on the menu and have not been disappointed in anything. The food is great. Servers are always friendly. Sometimes the service is a little slow though. It's a typical bar atmosphere. Live music on Friday nights.

Third time being here and on different days of week, and each time we come in the service gets worse. Seems like the wait to get drinks gets longer and the food takes even longer to get. Almost an hour to get our food and that was after asking about it and thinking of canceling the food order, and then having to wait to get ticket after having to ask for it. If you are so busy that customers are not getting taken care of in timely manner, might consider bringing In more help, if there is pool tournament and or birthday party going on. We use to come weekly but we have decided that this place isn't for us anymore.

I made a reservation a couple weeks prior, we had to wait to be seated on top of the fact a pool table didn’t come with my reservation. We received a lot of strange looks and didn’t feel very comfortable so we left early. The only good thing was our waitress (Haley) was awesome.
