Best Chicken in Liberty... no contest. Drive-Thru, or Dine-In. Huge menu for a small spot, Got a 4 piece Tender with Fries biscuit & BBQ sauce, and a 4 piece mixed bone-in with a biscuit.
Everything was HOT and freshly cooked, wait at drive thru was like 8/10 mins, but if you're wanting fresh fried chicken, that's perfect.
Will be going back to try the rest of the menu... really excited to try the Fried Catfish!

We did DoorDash because weāre in town for the game without a car. We ordered the combo meal which includes a drink. No drinks delivered and no fork to eat the taco salad with. No butter packets with the biscuits. We couldnāt communicate with the driver because he barely speaks English. We tried calling but we get a no mailbox set up so you canāt get through to them.

Will never come to this location! There was a lady working the drive thru who was the most hateful rude person Iāve ever encountered. We ordered and she was rude thru the speaker. She was already pissed off she had to work apparently. We proceeded to the window, gave her our debt card, yelled āhere take your cardā slammed the window. She gave me, the food and she slammed the door again. We did not get everything so I honked the horn. She opened the door and said what! We paid for extra sauce and she didnāt give it to us, so I asked for it. She slammed the window again, reopened it and yelled, āHereā. If this is how your employees treat customers, I wish you the best of luck because you will not last long. Corporate will be contacted, BBB contacted and Iāll be making a formal complaint to Department of Heath regarding unsanitary conditions outside of this building.

I asked for a giant tenderloin and instead I got a beef fritter. This is the second time that I've ordered and twice I've gotten a beef Fritter and they argue with me and tell me that it is a tenderloin. That is not a pork tenderloin it is a beef fritter
Food is standard fare for fast food. Lobby and restrooms are disgusting and dirty all 3 times we have been they. Clean your restaurant. The floor was so sticky you couldnāt hardly walk on it. Nothing gets this dirty in one day and has built up over time. .

My original post was just happy to have a Texas Toms in independence again but I think I'd drive a little further for a different one.
Went in to order, the woman behind the counter couldn't be bothered to take her phone away from her ear. Carried on a conversation the entire time we were ordering. When the food was ready, she slammed it down on the counter and walked away without a word.
The tables were dirty and the floor was sticky. Such a shame they weren't interested in maintaining the excitement everyone one had when they first opened.
