Thai Spice is the best Thai food around. Everything we've ever had has been delicious (especially honeymoon chicken- must try!). We've been coming for 10 years. It is a little pricey, but since it's the best, it's worth it.

I ordered the Thai spice fried rice. Was supposed to be shrimp peppers, onions. Came out with 2 pieces of shrimp and had as much dry chicken breast slices as it had rice. Flavor was very good and service was fast just not the dish I was expecting.

The customer service here is terrible. Called to place an order the lady forgot about me and when I tried to call back she never answered. When I got to the restaurant the service was as bad as it was on the phone. The last time I came she completely got my order wrong. I had to wait 30 minutes and still made me pay the price difference of her mistake . I don’t recommend this place until they get employees that care to deliver good service.

I wish there was a negative star me and my spouse and 7 year old came went here for a quick bite we come in an hour before closing. At the front it clearly states wait to be seated. So we wait and we wait the a lady at the back of waves us to sit in a booth she doesn't even walk over. We sit look at menus and wait and wait, please be mindful there are only two other tables of people eating. Finally someone comes over and she say are you ready to order I ask if they have a kids meal she says now I said ok need one sec to ick something for my 7 year old she said you have to order now were closing soon. So they take their sweet time to seat us and come take the order now im being rushed with bad attitudes. I look at spouse and he looks at me and we get up and leave to never return. I hope they are reading this we will never return and I hope others that LOOK like me dont either cause funny thing is I observed all smiles with other customers!

Tried for the last time today. I have been to this location twice, and the location at 40 mad i70 many times. The first time I came to this location we sat down. There were three of us. The waitress was very rude to me. She would ignore me, give me the nastiest looks. For some reason the other row guests deserves to be treated with respect but she would act like she didn’t hear anything that involved extra work, like getting a to go box.
Today I went in and there was a sign at the door that said to wait to be seated. So I waited. The same waitress was at the back counter with another woman. The rude waitress had a nasty look on her face. I was confused as I was waiting at the door like the sign said. I knew she was hard to deal with though, so I went ahead and walked up to the back counter. The lady kept looking at me with disgust. I said I wanted a to go order. She looked at me like I was dumb and then walked off. Never said a word. The other woman was much nicer, but I was basically wondering at that point why I even entered the door. I asked if it was necessary for her to treat customers so badly and explained both experiences briefly. I also said the other location was so much nicer, and it is. (The food quality is actually better too.) The woman said she was sorry. I left right after that.
I don’t know why that woman is in the service industry. She has absolutely no clue how to serve people.

I've eaten here several times and I haven't been disappointed once!! The food always has such good flavor! I've eaten the Beef tiger cry as well as a couple of their curry bowls they offer! 10/10 recommend and I will definitely be coming back for years to come!! Jackie was my waitress and she has such a friendly, welcoming, and hospitable demeanor!!

I keep searching for pineapple fried rice that’s better but I can’t find it. Pictured is double chicken tho, for me it’s has to be double protein to be properly portioned for the massive size. Highly recommend.
The food was fantastic! The staff were nice and attentive. Never had Thai food before and I was happy that my first experience was so good.

Thai Spice, Not my Thai Spice.. I am very disappointed in the service I received today. Unfortunately I only spend money where I'm wanted. Got there around 5pm sat down and I already knew what I wanted to order. I have ate here so many times and even brought my entire family here to eat. Never the hell again.. Two more white couple came in behind me and my friend and she straight took their order before ours. I was really upset and I told my friend I will never be back. I've always been a good tipper and believe in good service. I gave out $100s n $50s out before for tips so their loss. Going back across the street
