Tried for the last time today. I have been to this location twice, and the location at 40 mad i70 many times. The first time I came to this location we sat down. There were three of us. The waitress was very rude to me. She would ignore me, give me the nastiest looks. For some reason the other row guests deserves to be treated with respect but she would act like she didn’t hear anything that involved extra work, like getting a to go box.
Today I went in and there was a sign at the door that said to wait to be seated. So I waited. The same waitress was at the back counter with another woman. The rude waitress had a nasty look on her face. I was confused as I was waiting at the door like the sign said. I knew she was hard to deal with though, so I went ahead and walked up to the back counter. The lady kept looking at me with disgust. I said I wanted a to go order. She looked at me like I was dumb and then walked off. Never said a word. The other woman was much nicer, but I was basically wondering at that point why I even entered the door. I asked if it was necessary for her to treat customers so badly and explained both experiences briefly. I also said the other location was so much nicer, and it is. (The food quality is actually better too.) The woman said she was sorry. I left right after that.
I don’t know why that woman is in the service industry. She has absolutely no clue how to serve people.

I've eaten here several times and I haven't been disappointed once!! The food always has such good flavor! I've eaten the Beef tiger cry as well as a couple of their curry bowls they offer! 10/10 recommend and I will definitely be coming back for years to come!! Jackie was my waitress and she has such a friendly, welcoming, and hospitable demeanor!!

I keep searching for pineapple fried rice that’s better but I can’t find it. Pictured is double chicken tho, for me it’s has to be double protein to be properly portioned for the massive size. Highly recommend.

Thai Spice, Not my Thai Spice.. I am very disappointed in the service I received today. Unfortunately I only spend money where I'm wanted. Got there around 5pm sat down and I already knew what I wanted to order. I have ate here so many times and even brought my entire family here to eat. Never the hell again.. Two more white couple came in behind me and my friend and she straight took their order before ours. I was really upset and I told my friend I will never be back. I've always been a good tipper and believe in good service. I gave out $100s n $50s out before for tips so their loss. Going back across the street

Spring rolls n crab ragoon was delicious and fresh food was ok wish it was a bit more spicy and staff help other tables before me and my wife and we were there before them n Waiter took forever take our order not a bad place to eat but won't be coming by again

I ordered to go from the sterling location in independence. I ordered extra rice and extra crab and paid for it. But no way did I get either. The meal had very little crab compared to when we dine in. Very dissatisfied

I ordered the beef pho to go. I could tell the broth was going to be delicious: it smelled flavorful and looked rich. Unfortunately, any flavor was drowned out by salt :( I was pretty bummed and I couldn’t eat it all. I was also bummed to note that there was no lime or cilantro.
I ate here on a visit to MO last summer. I still think about the delicious green curry with chicken (medium spice) that I had there. It was amazing. Everything was fresh and the curry was perfect. The portion was very generous for the price. I just wish I lived closer or had another trip planned. Servers were nice even though it was close to closing time.

The food here was terrific and large portion sizes gave us enough to take home. I had beef pho and other than the meat being chewy, the flavors were great. My husband tried Tamarind chicken and the flavors were a mix between sweet and spicy, but not too spicy. It was our first visit here. Staff was friendly, environment was good.

Panang curry and Tom Soup were delicious
I ate here on a visit to MO last summer. I still think about the delicious green curry with chicken (medium spice) that I had there. It was amazing. Everything was fresh and the curry was perfect.
