Person taking orders was rude, the brisket was bland and dry (taste like dirty water), will not be wasting my money there again. Only plus were the sides. They didn’t have any sauce and I went for lunch. Makes no sense.

Just bought, and brought home this "bbq", my wife, and I have tried almost every single BBQ place in town....... This without a single doubt, is the WORST excuse for BBQ in this ENTIRE city!! Low grade dog food, at best..... Go down on blue pky, and NOT to gate's.... Tasted like he got his from there..... It REALLY is that bad!!

Used to be good went there few months ago got combo plate ribs were little burnt nuggets. Maybe just off night went back last night brisket and burnt ends burnt ends were burnt. Guess that's what they are now

Disappointing today. This was the mobile unit that sits at 39th & Noland Rd in Independence. Ribs were raw on the inside, peeled open a few pieces as seen, really pink with outsides on a few burnt hard. Might try to cook them this week but we're not edible and maybe not a good idea. Sauce not included had to ask. Only doing a review because I recommend the location and feel bad having done so.
