Go for the patio! It’s amazing and so relaxing. Unfortunately, the food was just meh. For the price, it should have been wonderful. I’m sorry it was not. ? If I lived closer I’d go for a glass of wine and then go somewhere else to eat.

Food and drinks were outstanding. Eating out on the courtyard was better than it even looks on pictures. The set up outside is relaxing, comfortable, romantic. Our experience was top notch. I would highly recommend.

Our first time back to our favorite hidden KC gem since the new owner took over. Overall 5 stars! Why give it 5 stars even though I gave the food 4 out of 5? Here's why... first off V still has its original charm and character like the first day we went years ago. It's a priceless experience to dine in a space that takes you to a little fairy tale world of beautiful things from art to trinkets to the enchanting garden...
The new Red Bell Pepper Bisque was simply devine!!! The house salad with housemade ranch was deliciousness! The Lobster Roll was good but not great. Quality of lobster meat was perfect but the flavor was more sour than the original recipe. The Porkchop was cooked perfectly and juicy, but lacked seasoning. The potatoes were cooked nicely but lacked flavor and was missing the crispy layer of cheese on top... it may be intentional but made the overall flavor palette very mild and not memorable.
Even with this, I gave them 5 stars because I can tell they know quality and are very intentional. I also understand it's my opinion and wouldn't want that to take away from anyone giving this new owner an opportunity to wow you with everything else she has to offer. I can't wait to go back and try other dishes but I am a creature of habit, as ill be back for the Bell Pepper Bisque and House Salad!
P.s. Thank you Jollene for keeping this hidden gem alive by being the new owner! It isn't easy owning a business especially a restaurant but know that we, the community, appreciate you continuing to create a dining experience for us to enjoy life's delicious moments in this beautiful enchanting space. #Grateful ❤️

Charming place for an afternoon with friends and family, the waiters are very friendly, it is an experience you must live. The patio is very beautiful, it would be ideal if they chose to set the scene with soft music.

Vivilore is always top notch. Every time I've been there, the service has been amazing. The food is excellent from the original menu items like Prime Rib, to the specials and seasonal additions. Vivilore does not disappoint!

This place is very unique and the food is delicious! We sat in the courtyard and it is beautiful. The coconut shrimp is fabulous. The only complaint we had was a few flies, but our waiter, Jeremy, put a tabletop fan out and it did help. If you are looking for a different, romantic experience, I would recommend this place!

The food was amazing. We had the lamb and the pasta special. My husband still dreams about that food. The service was fun and very attentive.
They have a shop that we explored for a while.

This spot is a hidden gem! If you haven't gone, you are missing out. Both inside and outside are great seating locations. Definitely try their mushroom cheesecake. It is to die for. I haven't disliked anything here. Once you are done, check out the shop above the restaurant. Lots of fun and unique items.

Parking was easy to navigate but there is speeding in small spaces, so be careful. There was only 1 server outside when I arrived and he was on it the entire time. Outside was stunning and beautiful. My drink was super strong and a little unappealing. I ordered the lobster roll and carrots. Everything was bland and could have used some seasoning. Unfortunately, it was all lackluster for me and it was more costly then what I would normally do.

The food and service were wonderful as always, but unfortunately it appears the new owners are not gardeners. Many of the plantings and pots were wilted and dried up. Hopefully it's just a learning curve.
