The store layout was terrible in high theft areas, 25 years ago. This doesn't protect anyone or anything. It DOES throttle foot traffic so bad up front you have to walk around the back side to get across the store. No bathrooms.
People parking in the pickup spaces to shop inside... i hate it, but i get it. I wouldn't do it myself but it would take a blind person to not see why this happens. People park behind the store where they take truck shipments and the side near the pharmacy.
There isn't enough room, enough workers, enough care, or enough planning to actually make this work like the papers suggest it would. UNLESS THIS IS WHAT YOU WANTED. The sum total is less than the parts.

The items unorganized, and the associates are unfriendly. And if you are a grocery driver (who is helping the community) be careful, the staff does not help you in this place. The staff does not understand the time is ticking with "perishable items" like milk to deliver in a timely matter. James, one of the managers in this place is not a good leader in my opinion. Many of them do not understand the sparks driver apps work. This place needs to educate their staff!

Employees openly smoking pot in the aisles and eating food in front of customers while we ring up and bag our own groceries.

Every time I bring a payroll check to this Pacific Walmart. It's always denied. They can't cash it. Any other Walmart will cash it. I'm telling everybody.I know not to shop for your walmart again

Was harassed at check out after using the scan and go feature. Employee asked me to use my phone to verify my items?? Then called manager to verify. I USE THAT FEATURE TO AVOID THAT! I judt left everything and had a return processed.
Great for quick trips fast and easy I really like the self check so easy in and out

You have 17 pick up spots and like 10 handicapped so if you're able to walk you better be ready to park further? Theres no line for self check out so its a mad house just standing waiting and hoping you can remember the order of people infront of you. Then the cart returns aren't even where you can park so you lose another 3-4 spots cause people don't return carts this store was horribly planned

Always a long line at customer service never multiple team members helping just 2 old lady who takes forever. You would’ve thought seeing 6-10 people in a line you would go get someone to help but nope they do t care to much
