First time at this location off of 291. They wasn't very busy but still got our order wrong. Got two drinks wrong got one sandwich wrong and we did get our frosty. Probably should have checked our stuff before leaving but we didn't not. Probably won't be back there again.

Got a crispy chicken sandwich, it came out soggy, smashed, and luke warm. The given attitude of the staff made me feel unsafe to ask for assistance in solving the problem. Will not be back.

Just tried to pick up an order and the lobby was closed at 6:30pm on a Thursday. They move like sloths for being "fastfood" The floors are always so sticky. In fact everything is sticky. They are always goofing off. I know I can't expect much from fast food but my kids love it but going there just puts me in a bad mood.
The people that they had on the night shift have no morals, values or home training. And the food that I got was not what I ordered...

Very unprofessional. Went through the drive thru. 10 pm. The staff was yelling and screaming while taking the order then waited for 15 minutes to get our basic meal order. One employee kept running in and out to a car that was parked on the side of the building. Maybe treat the workplace with a little respect and not like a playground
