Good food but the customer service needs much improvement. They didn't offer or give receipt with my purchase. The guy working the drive thru window was not friendly. Guess I should have stayed in the McDonald's drive thru line. Now I know why Wendy's wasn't busy.

Ordered a classic bacon combo,with no lettuce, chili for the side. Was charged for a double, but, discovered after driving several miles to where I was going to eat, that I only got a single, with lettuce. The small chili as almost totally beans and sauce, very little meat. This is not the Wendy's I usually go to, so maybe it's how they do things. Things are not always consistent when dealing with franchises. Disappointed though, because Wendy's, as a company, has gotten very expensive. I like their food, but I'll skip this particular location. Also, I noticed the price on the receipt was a bit higher than their menu board proclaimed.

Got breakfast #1. The chicken was raw in the middle. When I called the store, the manager did not seem to be concerned. Normal response, bring back to replace or give money back. Raw chicken is serious, and I don't feel she took it that way. I advised you never to take chicken up before the timer and hung up.

My wife and I eat here regularly on Sundays after horse riding. The staff are always friendly and the food is always cooked perfect with great presentation. This location is great with the details. We recommend this location for its friendliness and consistencies with quality and great flavor.
