Decided to stop in after a long day of work and a long day of school to get my child some food so on top of sitting in traffic to be able to get a meal from Wendy’s I went through the line and very clearly communicated everything that we were wanting multiple times because there was a lot of socializing in the background and laughing and outside conversations that had absolutely nothing to do with work or food to not only have to turn back because they didn’t put in all the condiments and straw, but when my child started eating his food, they gave us the wrong food, and it was too spicy for him to eat when I called to report the issue the only thing they could offer Was to replace the food, but I then of course need to drive all the way back and sit through traffic again to get the original order corrected I then asked if they could accommodate me by giving a coupon for the next meal instead of making me have to go back through All the traffic and having to commute back to them and he said now there’s nothing I can do and hung up so one customer service is trash too. None of the people who work here are good at their jobs because they’re hanging out in the kitchen instead of working and three couldn’t even get a simple AutoCorrect

The restaurant wasn’t even busy. There were a couple people waiting for DoorDash orders. Nobody in line at the drive-through. They acknowledge that I was there and wanted to place an order and then let me stand there for 15 minutes. So I left.

Food cold and burger blackened from heat lamp, bun stale and dry and cold, long wait with no one in service line in front of me… and dinning room empty.. manage rude and refused to add to my order with no one in service line behind me.. this is same manager I waited in drive thru line for 12 minutes with no one in line at the Nolan’s rd Wendy’s also rude at that time with apologies for wait.. they cook one order at a time and do not start preparing your order until you at window and pay first..

Went in to pick up a doordash order and asked for the bathroom key and the first 2 kids ignored me ,but a kind and wonderful man unlocked the door for me,give old boy a raise and fire the kids
Got the family pack of sauce nuggets. Taste like plain nuggets. When asked to get more sauce was had to pay for it. Why pay for something that was supposed to be SAUCY!
