This is not a fast food place. Don't expect to get your food in the drive thru quick ever, always 10+ mins even if there's 1 person in line.

Slow service and upon arrival at our hotel a couple of blocks away the food was barely warm! And the fries which were sampled within a minute of receiving them taste like they had been sitting out for an hour and weren't even warm. It would be understandable if they were actually busy but the parking lot was practically empty. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

Parking: Plenty of parking but even with an empty lot they take forever to prepare food.

This location needs to properly train their staff. I went through the drive thru and the person at the speaker didn't seem pleased to be there. Not rude, but not friendly either. When I got to the window, I paid with cash, my change was quickly handed to me in a way I had to grab it with both hands to avoid the change from dropping to the ground. My wallet fell out of my lap and before I could reach down for it, 2 bags were being shoved into my window. I dropped my change into a cup holder to grab the food, puzzled by the 2 bags since I had simply ordered one combo. I looked into one and saw 2 cups of chili and handed it back saying that wasn't my food. They took the bag back and just stared at me like I was an idiot for still sitting there. Finally, I said I still needed my drink and the response was "what was it, what do you want". Wow okay, maybe check your screen and not only would you know you gave me extra food, you would have known the drink. Anyways, I got my drink and pulled away. I pulled into a parking spot to grab my wallet and put away my change to discover they didn't even give me the correct change back. I was shorted 24 cents, I didn't go inside to even bother with it, especially after how the workers were already acting but likely won't return to this location after this kind of service.

Arrived at 1030 and asked for a frosty. They said they didn't have any, they were trying to close early, and had already cleaned the machine. I only went to get a frosty, totally disappointed.

I’ve stopped coming here. I’m the first or second car! Always waiting 10-20 minutes. Worse than Whataburger. Unacceptable for fast food restaurants.

It took 40 min for two kids meals and they still got the order wrong. Watched a person with a previous order bring up a chicken sandwich that was extremely undercooked while I was waiting on my order. Staff didn't seem to really care outside of the lady running the drive through, who was hustling to get orders out. Will never stop again.

The lady working the drive thru was extremely rude! When I pulled up to the window she did not say a word but stuck her hand out for my card. She didn’t say the price to confirm or anything. I also did not get a receipt afterward. I had to check my bank account to ensure it was right. She handed my food and didn’t say a word. I know we need people right now and everyone is short on staff but they really need to evaluate their customer service.

It is obvious that I am a burger man. I have had Wendy's many times and know what I should expect.
It seems like cold to warm fries is how most places run these days; this location does not seem to separate itself from this common standard.
It is a newer place, and it runs like no one gives a damn. Sub-par and over priced. This location is not a good dining choice.

Seriously, how is it still in business? Ok, the single burger was tasty. Out of baked potatoes. Want a frosty? No chocolate is available. A soft drink? Out of Diet Coke. Ketchup? You’ll have to tear open a bunch of packets because the lids are askew on both pumps and they are empty. The drink machine was splattered with syrup. This just isn’t a great place inside.
