Ordered The biggie bag with 2 burger patties on my hamburger and asked for my burger to have only ketchup and onions. Even went inside to order so there would be hopefully no mistakes. Got on the road and went to eat my burger, it had one hamburger patty, not two like I ordered, it was cold and it had lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise on it. No ketchup or onions in sight. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. OPEN UP YOUR BURGERS AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE CORRECT.

Arrived at drive-thru at 7:10 a.m. with all the lights on. The speaker welcomed me and asked for my order. I gave it to them, no response. Asked multiple times for a response - nothing. Then someone turned all the lights out in both the drive-thru and the lobby. Thanks - you have a nice day too Wendy's employee!

The slowest Wendy’s I have ever been to. Took forever to take our order, didn’t give us our drink or straws while we waited for our food.. waiting over 10 minutes for our food in the drive thru.. workers look miserable.. this is ridiculous.. waited all that time to have cold food..

They stopped serving honey mustard sauce. I have been dipping my sandwich and fries in since 1990. We will no longer be back. We switched to Whataburger because they have great sauces and good deals.

Predictably Good everytime, but I always get a Dave's Single with everything, a small Chilli with extra Chilli Sauce and extra Crackers, a small Chocolate Frosty and a glass of water. There is no finer Fast Food meal

Absolutely a joke. I went there to order cheese fries. My wife is a vegetarian and don’t eat meat so cheese fries was about all we could order. Well luckily we checked and they gave us bacon on the fries. I told the lady it was wrong and she replied so you don’t know what you ordered? I said yes I ordered cheese fries no bacon on them. She starts a huge argument telling me I don’t know what I ordered so I asked for a manager and she replied she was the manager and then started with even a bigger attitude. She shouldn’t run anything. Absolutely no customer service at all. Then after calling us a lier and saying we have no clue what we ordered she went back and got the cheese fries. When she approached my door again for the 5th time she threw the fries inside my car and walked away. I reported her to the corporate office but I did not get any replies back. Obviously they don’t care neither does corporate. Judging by the reviews at this location it’s standard practice there to do as they please. We didn't even eat the fries she threw in the truck because they hit the floor. She even made it personal and told my wife I’m so sorry you are married to this guy saying I was a idiot and didn’t know what I ordered. Trust me I have ordered for my vegetarian wife for years I would not get that wrong. Then told me this was all my fault because I need to speak up in the intercom. So if you don’t hear my order supposedly then that gives them the right to order whatever I instead of asking again what my order was. It was so simple. Cheesy fries is all I ordered. Honestly they need to just remove Wendy’s and put a business there that wants to serve good food with quality people. On the other hand if you are a high school drop out and have no management experience at all and would love to just show up for work and get paid this is the place for you. They will hire you immediately by my experience.
