First whataburger in like 30 years since I don't live near them. Just wanna give thanks to such great staff for welcoming service on a Saturday evening: quickly providing good, and hot food, asking if we needed condiments, and with a smile. I won't review the food, since that's a personal opinion we each have about a fast food chain. For me it was delicious, but I went there with the assumption it would be. The good service was key to 5 stars.

Demerit on food and service because the team member who took my order forgot they were out of coke until I was at the front and they were taking my card for payment. If I had known the only drink option i like was unavailable, i wouldnt have ordered the meal. But she had already taken my card & I felt rushed. So instead, I opted for a chocolate shake and accepted the up charge. At least I’d enjoy the shake as dessert. But by the time I finished eating, I was far away from the establishment and the chocolate shake had an awful fruit taste mixed in with it. As though someone before me ordered a fruit smoothie and they reused the blender to make the chocolate shake without washing it out thoroughly. I had to throw the entire shake away. Very disappointed in this experience. The team members were friendly but ultimately fell short delivering a great experience.
