They got my order wrong I went to them about it and the white girl who takes orders had an attitude. I let it go but when they corrected my order the manager Alejandro came to me very rudely telling me to telling me I need to order correctly next time as if I didn’t do that. They were both very overly rude and overly hostile. 1/10 for service from this spot.

They messed our order up, but the manager was on top of it. Gave us a FREE Chocolate Chip cookie and deeply apologized... Patty Melt with Onion Rings are the best..will be back.

If you're looking for a traditional burger then this is a good place for that
Staff very friendly, helpful and patient. We were trying to order and get points on the app, staff tried explaining plus explained itld b easier just order and we'll get us the points that way. Gave us some recommendations too
Went with family. I didn't even eat but their food is really good. Just was having a family meeting. Everybody enjoyed their food.

People taking orders were fast and friendly, not to mention patient with a first time customer. Asked for a recommendation, and it was delicious! Definitely stopping in next time I am close!
I am sure it is hard to keep good employees but yikes. No customers and still a very long wait. I avoided Culvers as the line was too long. I understand why one is in demand and one isn't.
Didn't meet expectations. Quite a bit of hype and glad I waited till the popularity calmed before going.
No line which was great but should have taken it for a sign. Iced tea was great, fries were tough and cold, had been sitting under a heat lamp awhile you could tell. The sandwich was just avg, meat was thin, it was really just avg. I give it 2 stars as I expected something better than what I can make at home. It just wasn't. Fast food next door, while maybe not better for you, has way better taste.
