It always takes so long to get your food. I am sure it’s because they are always so busy but there has to be something that can be done about it. And today when I was picking up an order, I couldn’t find a single parking spot near the shop. I had to park at the end of the parking lot and walk across it. Why is this important?? Because while in the shop waiting for food, I see the manager go outside on her break and get in her car ….parked right in front of the store!!! What kind of a manager takes parking away from her customers?!?

Everytime I come here I order online and they never call out the orders they just put them on the shelf and they sit there for 10-20 minutes before they say anything, so even though I’m there before the food is done, I still receive my food cold because they just let it sit there. Doesn’t make sense

I stopped in for Nat'l Wing Day. The Lemon Pepper is a bit salty the Korean BBQ is hot but good. I recommend a stop in.Repeat visit and not happy. 5 people behind the counter, I put my order in and give my name and pay. I sit waiting thinking my order is in. After a couple of people come in and order then leave, I ask about my order and get it put in again with the comment 'I forgot'. The fries were not completely cooked and I asked for seasoned they were plain.

Where do i start....This location should not be open. The Employees are extremely unprofessional. They are on their phones with airpods in, biting their nails then handing out orders, playing around recording tik toks in the bathroom together then not washing their hands after. They say crazy stuff in front of customers and have ZERO customer service skills. They literally laughed when they figure out they messed up my order and im pretty sure they just switched the wings that someone else already left the store with. They never get your order right even if its a simple combo. The girl at the front told me i didnt have 2 drinks when i literally got 2 combos then said "it says one drink but okay"???? If you wanna be disrespected, waste over an hour of your life and your hard earned money on cold/missing/possibly contaminated food, then this is the place for you. and the parking is HORRIBLE. just ghetto.

Did carry out wing deal with the fries and wings on the app got home to just the wings and ranch which had spilled all over the bottom of the bag. Completely forgot my fries. Wont be back if they cant fill a simple order like wings and

Wish I could give negative 10 stars. They always say it will be 30 minutes.. then you go pick your food up they talking about another 1.5 hours!!! This is the second time in a row. Ordered online one time they tried to say they never got my order even when I showed confirmation! Do not even waste your time or energy on this place! I will never get this location again! Just horrible.

Service or lack of, service was horrible when the manager tells the cashier to just ring up the customers and take life as it comes instead of having there hand held because they gave been trained to do a job but they just couldn't handle the work better luck next time.

Honestly, I haven’t got my food yet. Even though I placed an online order and was up about twenty minutes ago. I have watched two door dash drivers come in for their order and them brush them off and said order already been picked up. I have worked in the food industry for about ten years and never have I seen so many repeat orders with different drivers. Sounds really suspicious. second you have people waiting 40 minutes for their food while the girls who work the front counter go straight back to get their food for behind the register. It’s literally always something at this location it’s a shame.

I had a online order, when I get there there was people in front of me being taken care of but as soon as I am next I get the cashier back, she ignored me and doesn’t bother to even help me, even when another employee says you have a customer I’m still ignored, other employees were on their phone or playing around and another with his pant half down. I saw the manager in the back doing all the work and doing a great job, I just wish they can control their employees and talk to them about customer service, treat people how you want to be treated.

Horrible experience Everytime I order to go from this particular location! Most all Wingstop locations are generally slow, this one is by far the worst! I'm talking 30-45 min waits AFTER you arrive to pickup your pre ordered food! Placed the order an hour before hand and still have 30/45 mins of waiting! Tonight is the last time I will ever go to a Wingstop! And those wait times are around 8 pm as well not around 5/6 pm!!
