Terrible Service. Waited 15 mins in Drive thru. Rude kid brought Luke warm food out. No I’m sorry or anything. Kid had no personality. Hates his job obviously. Rated 1. I’ll never go back to Jackson, Arbys
Usually good food, but my sandwich, French dip, was so bad. Must have been sitting for hours. Bread was soggy, shiveled, and tough. Meet was ok, but just horrible sandwich. Looks like fried chicken. I've never been served anything so bad. What's worse, they made me pull forward and wait. Why?
Out of Roast Beef??? Come on guys get it together!
