“Our waiter was amazing. He was friendly, fast, and so helpful. The kids didn't know what sauce they wanted, so he quickly put a couple choice on a plate. Even my kids said how nice he was. The food is delicious and fast. The atmosphere was clean. Everyone was very friendly. We will definitely be going back.“

We saw a birthday party for a gorgeous 60 year old woman, to dance the night away to the jukebox with her friends, as well as everything from college freshmen to newly graduated college seniors enjoying the first Saturday night of their spring break. “Visiting from the OC for a church conference and was treated to this gem. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, but the food was center stage. The charcuterie board, the cornbread, the Not Your Mama's Meatloaf was ridiculously superb, along with the garlic mashed potatoes and the bacon green beans. Slightly jealous that my friends get to eat it whenever they want.. Heck I'd take it from a baby's mouth! Kidding, but it's so good and I'll go back for more.“
“Have to drive from Sikeston to cape. It is well worth it! Food is delicious & hot & fresh. Service is friendly & fast. Karaoke is lively & welcoming. Plenty on pool tables. As long as they keep karaoke going and keep everything I listed above the same..I will continue to be a loyal customer. I remember this place highly.“

“Didn't get any food so, can't really rate that. Fun crowd, not too crowded on a Sat night. Normal prices for drinks and they do not short pour. Mechanical bull is fun, but does not dominate the experience. Wide variety of music is played and decent sized dance floor. Pool and darts in the back.“
“My first time here at Bayou was great. Service was excellent, good atmosphere, and the servings. My gosh the servings, they are huge. If you get an appetizer (to share, don't tackle one yourself) and just the main item with no sides you will be golden. I got the smoked pork steak and while it was a little dry (but that's pork, I won't hold it against them) the sauce was amazing but be sure to ask for extra sauce. Their blackened shrimp are amazing as well. I'd say definitely worth stopping in on an empty stomach and bring friends if you want to finish off an appetizer.“
