We stopped in for ice cream. We walked in and there was no other customers in there. 4 employees (including the Manager) either walked by us or made eye contact and NEVER once acknowledged we were standing there waiting to place our order. After several minutes of no one taking our order, we walked out. Not again!
Went through the drive through for some late night ice cream and was SO disappointed. Our ice creams were half melted when handed to us and no, no one flipped it for us. If I’m paying $12 for two ice creams, they should be practically FROZEN!
The mint brownie blizzard is supposed to have mint in it and should be green in color...according to your pictures. I was handed a vanilla ice cream blizzard with no mint. I did ask about it, I don't know maybe the young man is color blind because he said oh yes it has a green tint. Followed up with saying slightly green. It did not have any mint in it, completely vanilla. Not the first time this location has messed up an order.
