Five stars for a pizza place! We get the same thing often, but they never have messed up our order. When we go to pick up our order or whether we have it delivered, the staff is always courteous and professional. I only gave it three stars on atmosphere, as I have never been inside lol.
Gosh this has to be the best dominos around, very nice staff, quick service, amazing food, toppings were perfect. I 100% recommend this place to eat

I ordered pizza online. When the website indicated it was ready I drove around to the pickup window, gave the employee my name and he promptly returned with my order. The garlic knots were piping hot and amazingly good. This restaurant gets my order correct most of the time. Pizza is always hot and fresh when I pick it up. Good coupons online.

Not only did I save up enough points to get this large pizza for 5 bucks but it is also the prettiest pizza I’ve ever gotten ! To who ever made my pizza at 9:15 at night on 12/12 THANK YOU. The toppings are so evenly distributed! It’s impressive. And yes I already took a bite before I took the photo 😋
Thin crust pizza was made to perfection! Bacon tots were amazing also. All my dipping cups and soda arrived, delivery driver was very polite and was quick.

The pizza was supposed to be NY style. It was cut very unevenly and looked overdone and does not appear to have the Xtra cheese I ordered. The buffalo chicken sandwich had very little chicken on it and the ciabatta bread was underdone.

I ordered pizza on 6/4/24. I got home opened the pizzas and one of the 3 pizzas was wrong. I had ordered onions, but didn’t have onions has mushrooms instead. Called to the store in Jackson, talked to a guy. (My mistake for not putting down his name). He told me would put a credit on my account for next time. Thanked him. Called today, 6/22/24 and Taylor the manager told me there was nothing on my account so I can call corporate because she won’t help me. I was shocked and said are you sure there isn’t anything in my account…..she HUNG UP ON ME. I tried calling back. Phone rang a lot before someone picked up. Instantly hanging up on me. This is absolutely insane. Hopefully corporate Dominos will see this, if not please remember to get more specific details on your mistake pizza. Especially with how expensive things are these days, wish they would be how you wanted them to be.

Ordered pizza online and picked it up within 25 minutes of order. When arrived home with pizza (5 minutes) the pizza tasted and looked as if it had been sitting on counter for several hours. Contacted manager who offered no resolution. Bad experience. Very disappointing.
Food is good when it's done right. Ordered food last night and the thin crust was mushy. The New York had more crispness.
