Absolutely great food. Fajitas, chicken cheese and rice, and basic soft tacos were stellar in taste and appearance. The hosts were very friendly and gracious and weren't afraid to make jokes and make it fun. Highly recommend eating here.
Found this doing a Google search and was not let down. Wife says the chili relleno was the best she's ever had and that's saying a lot! The Burrito Carlos has more protein than you could shake a stick at! Very delicious and will definitely be coming back. Only issue I had were several gnats buzzin around. No biggie, it's just more protein right?!

Awesome service and food. I tried most of the Mexican restaurants in Cape Girardeau & Jackson, but this Don Carlos in Jackson offers the best taste in food compared to the others. I vouch for the Birria Taco combo all the time, it is my go to order whenever I visit this restaurant. The Mexipizza is my second favorite. I would recommend the Birria Taco to everyone as a must order.
