“Awesome service and food. I tried most of the Mexican restaurants in Cape Girardeau & Jackson, but this Don Carlos in Jackson offers the best taste in food compared to the others. I vouch for the Birria Taco combo all the time, it is my go to order whenever I visit this restaurant. The Mexipizza is my second favorite. I would recommend the Birria Taco to everyone as a must order.“
“I read allot of reviews Bout this location at first I was kinda concerned based on the reviews. I hope this clears up some. The food is great. It is cooked in a style to compete with mid american palletes. If you like the heat like I do ask for grilled peppers and add that to your food or tell them add spice and peppers. Its good food you should go here and eat. As far as the price for two people we fed two people and had left overs for 30 dollars. I can't get that fron bk or mcd and the foods way better than taco bell.“
