Awesome service and food. I tried most of the Mexican restaurants in Cape Girardeau & Jackson, but this Don Carlos in Jackson offers the best taste in food compared to the others. I vouch for the Birria Taco combo all the time, it is my go to order whenever I visit this restaurant. The Mexipizza is my second favorite. I would recommend the Birria Taco to everyone as a must order.

My family and I enjoyed our dinner here. Waiter kept annoying us because he stopped by every five-minutes but he was doing his job. We did leave a $20.00 tip however.
I love my Mexican and Don Carlos didn't disappoint! Great server and delish food!Roomy dining and restrooms was clean! (If restrooms are clean, good indication kitchen is)

My beef burrito was SO good! I took part of my rice and part of my refried beans back to the room and put them in the refer for later which I ate for brunch.
