I love their food and would definitely have no issues having it 4x a month for dinner. Unfortunately Don Carlos doesn't use door dash so I only eat there once every couple of months. Still great food though!!
Awesome service and food. I tried most of the Mexican restaurants in Cape Girardeau & Jackson, but this Don Carlos in Jackson offers the best taste in food compared to the others. I vouch for the Birria Taco combo all the time, it is my go to order whenever I visit this restaurant. The Mexipizza is my second favorite. I would recommend the Birria Taco to everyone as a must order.
Absolutely great food. Fajitas, chicken cheese and rice, and basic soft tacos were stellar in taste and appearance. The hosts were very friendly and gracious and weren't afraid to make jokes and make it fun. Highly recommend eating here.
