Little Caesars Reviews
I bought the 4 n 1 pizza sticks. should have been 4 pepperoni, 4 bacon and 8 cheese.
got 3 pepperoni, 3 bacon and 10 cheese.
I sent a picture and haven't heard a thing
Used to be good. The new owners there are terrible. Dry, cold, uneatable pizza with no sauce and little cheese. lost me us as customers.
I ordered directly from the store. My order was not complete. I was missing an order of Crazy Bread, sauce and Caesar sauce, a total of $4.88 plus tax. I called the store and they said they aren’t responsible for delivery service and gave me a number to call. I called the number and I was told I would be refunded 15% of my total bill, which was $23.40. That doesn’t even cover the total price of the food that was missing! What a joke! Little Caesars Pizza offers hot and ready pizzas, including their stuffed crust option. The restaurant is a convenient choice for quick meals, whether customers are picking up pizza after work or to feed kids when tired and not wanting to cook. Service is efficient, with many customers able to be in and out within five minutes if a pizza is already prepared, or just a few minutes more if it needs to be cooked. The staff is known for being excellent and prompt in correcting mistakes, especially when pizzas are not cooked properly.
While the facility could benefit from an update, the team follows proper rotation of items in the warmers to ensure freshness. Customers have mixed opinions about the pizza quality; some enjoy the stuffed crust, but others find the sauce to be lacking, with only a few red streaks on the pizza. The pizza is generally appreciated for being quick, hot, and with plenty of cheese, meat, and dough, though the sauce is often very little.
The Jackson location is praised as being much better than the Cape location, with better-tasting pizza and crazy bread, suggesting that the staff at certain locations may do things differently to improve quality. Overall, Little Caesars provides an affordable and fast option for pizza lovers, despite some inconsistencies in sauce and the need for updates.
