I hate leaving bad reviews but I know I always appreciate when other people leave them. I've been trying for 2 weeks to buy a gift card for my daughter for Christmas and every time I've stopped to get one, I've been told that they are out and don't know when they will get any. I think that is a bit ridiculous considering its the holidays and a very popular gift. The first girl I talked to was just flat out rude and walked away from my vehicle before i was even done talking. Mind you this was after waiting in line for 20+ minutes. Their lines are always long, which shows their popularity and that many people love their drinks, but the wait time is absurd for just making drinks. The 2nd time I tried to get a GC I was told to call corporate, which I did several times and each time I just get a recording saying that no one is available to talk my call and to leave a message, which I have also done. I haven't heard back from anyone and I'm tired of wasting my time in line and on the phone with a company that obviously does not care about its customers and/or customer service. I will be purchasing a GC for my daughter at a locally owned and ran coffee shop instead.

Yesterday, my mother tried to get a Gift card for my niece for Christmas at the Jefferson City, MO, location. We were informed that, due to recent promotions, they were currently out of gift cards—no big deal. However, we were offered no information on when or if they would be back in stock. I get on the website, and they charge an $8 shipping fee for a gift card. So I try to call the Jefferson City location to see when they will have gift cards back in stock. EVERY SINGLE option leads to either another automated recording. The option to speak to a team member - we are unable to take your call at this time, please leave a message and we will call you back. I am so pissed off right now I am trying to convince my niece to go to Scooters or ANY place other than this!!!!

I don't know what is up lately but in the last 2 weeks my coffee has not been up yo their normal standards. I've been there 3 times this week... my coffee has been wrong 3 times. Monday I got someone else's iced coffee. I tried to call but could only get a recording. Went back...oh sorry you had to being the wrong coffee back, so sorry. Worst customer service. I paid $7.02 for garbage & no offer to correct their mistake.

I am from Wisconsin , and I was excited when I found a 7 brew a few minutes from where I was staying I had to stop and visit! My first experience was AMAZING. I don’t remember the name of the girl who helped me . But she was very sweet, kind, and helpful . When she heard me say it was my first time ever she was super excited ! I will 10/10 definitely be back. Everyone that worked Sunday on the 13th AMAZING staff, super fast, efficient! Accurate and Kind! Amazing job 7 brew !!:)
Terrible place to try and get coffee or groceries as there are people literally blocking grocery parking and other stores. You have employees in front of schnucks taking orders.

❤️ love, love, love this place!! My son gave me this shirt for Christmas and its so true!! I've never gone through the price and been treated badly or rude. They are ALL friendly and fun and the world needs more of that!!
